Falcon Fraud Manager Alerts and Protects

Debit card fraud is on the rise. At Frontier Savings Bank we are working hard to

protect your debit card from fraud. We have partnered with Shazam to offer Falcon

Fraud Manager, a system that monitors potentially fraudulent debit card

transactions as they occur and alerts Shazam. If a transaction on your card is

deemed suspicious, a Shazam fraud specialist or a Frontier Savings Bank employee

may call you to verify the transaction. Additionally, a temporary block may be

placed on your card before other transactions can take place.

What should you do?

Keep us up to date with your most current cell/home phone numbers. In order

for a transaction to be verified, it is important that we have this information on file

so we can reach you.

Keep the Shazam phone number (1.866.508.2693) with you. If your card has been

temporarily blocked, you can call Shazam 24/7 for assistance.
