Divide and Conquer: the only answer. The PA Native Plants Gardens around the new Classroom Building at the Trails and Trees Environmental Site are undergoing threatening times. There is no money, and there are no maintenance hours(people) to care for these beautiful gardens. The native plants are under siege...very stressed and in desperate need of help. At this moment, the weeds are winning the war.

We are reaching out to the community that benefits from/the use of the Trails and Trees. We are hoping that local organizations large and small will jump on their white horses, adopt a small section of the gardens, and maintain it regularly. Regularly means, as needed, according to their own schedule. We will place signage that credits all those on white horses. Contact Paul Garrett at 717-514-3546.
