FAM - FIXED ASSET MANAGEMENT USER MANUAL
System Overview
The FAM or Fixed Asset Management System is a system that can manage your fixed assets.
You can load employees, suppliers and asset categories. The asset categories have the depreciation
loaded against them that will be applied automatically in all the reporting. You can create fixed
assets and load invoices and photos of the asset against them.
Only the admin users can edit or delete assets. Admin users can create, edit and delete employees,
asset categories and suppliers too.
You can now view all your fixed asset info in one place.

Logging In as a User
To access this user manual click on the “Learn more” button
Login
To login to the system as a user use the below details
Email – [email protected]
Password – user
Once you have entered the email and password click on the login button.
You are now on the User landing page. You have logged in as an Employee that would be able to
view fixed assets, supplier info, employee info and create a new asset.

Home
This will bring you back to the landing page. You can also logout from here.
Asset Worklist
This worklist shows you a list of all the fixed assets and you would be able to view each assets
invoice and photo. You will also be able to create an asset from this screen by clicking on the “create
new asset” link.
Master Data
This has a dropdown with 2 options.
Asset Categories - This shows you the asset categories that are available
Suppliers – This shows the suppliers that have been loaded

Employees
Here you can view all the employees details like emails address etc. You can also change your own
password here by clicking the “Update Employee Password” link.
Create Asset
Here you can create a new fixed asset on the system. You can slo upload the invoice and photo of
the asset. The asset category you choose will determine the depreciation years.
Asset Reporting
Here you can view all the Asset reports. Please note there are no depreciation reports here, they will
only be able to be viewed by the admin users as they have financial information in them.
Logging In as Admin
Login
To login to the system as admin use the below details
Email – [email protected]
Password – admin
Once you have entered the email and password click on the login button.
You are now on the User landing page. You have logged in as admin but would still be able to do all
the user functions for your own login as described in the user section above. So this landing page has
the exact user functionality as above. You can create assets and view the assets, but as a system
admin you can now also view the admin menu item – clicking on this will take you to the admin
menus.
Once you have clicked on Admin you will be able to see the admin menu like below

Home
To go back to your user menu click on home, you can also logout from home.
Asset Worklist
You can now view all fixed assets, and because you are an admin user you can edit and delete the
assets too.
Master Data
As with the user menu this has a dropdown with 2 options.
Asset Categories - This shows you the asset categories that are available, and being an
Admin you can add edit and delete categories
Suppliers – This shows the suppliers that have been loaded, and being an admin you can
add, edit and delete suppliers.

Here you can add any new employees that have joined the company, being an Admin you can also
edit employees details or delete employees if need be.
Create Asset
Here you can create a new fixed asset on the system. You can slo upload the invoice and photo of
the asset. The asset category you choose will determine the depreciation years. If you want a new
asset category or supplier, create it under the master data tab and it will apear here.
Asset Reporting
Here you can view all the Asset reports. Please note because you are an admin user you can now
view the depreciation reports.
