Employees can Give Feedback to coworkers, Get (request) Feedback, as well as view Feedback Received. Goals can be used by employees to assign objectives to themselves. Goals can be metrics, projects, process improvement initiatives, or development items. Employees can archive their past goals to make navigating through goals more manageable.

GIVE FEEDBACK Get Started

Search for and select the Employee

you’d like to Give Feedback on.

OR

Search for

Give Feedback

From related actions select

Talent, then Give Feedback

Select

Employee

Follow the Prompts

1 Provide your feedback in the Feedback field.

Tip! Feedback should be professional and provide concrete, specific and actionable information.

Tip! Your feedback visibility is defaulted to Everyone unless you choose for the feedback to be visible to the employee’s manager and yourself.

2 Assign optional badges via the drop-down to indicate the feedback type.

3 Click .

GET FEEDBACK Get Started

Navigate to Performance

From the Actions menu, select Get Feedback

on Self

Follow the Prompts

1 In the From Workers Field, select who you want to ask for feedback.

Tip! Select Suggested Workers to select employees on your team or enter the name of the person you would like to ask. You can select more than one person to ask for feedback.

2 Enter the question that you’d like to ask. Questions should be a mix of specific and open-ended questions.

Tip! Add questions by clicking Add. Remove questions by selecting Remove.

What’s Next?

▪ Employee you have requested feedback from will receive an inbox item with the questions to answer.

▪ If you have provided feedback, the information will appear in the employee’s profile

▪ View the task in your inbox under Archive

VIEW FEEDBACK RECEIVED

Navigate to Performance.

OR

Navigate to your profile by clicking your

name in the upper-right corner.

Under the View menu, select Feedback

Received.

From related actions select

Talent, then View Feedback.

Tip! Click to see details of the feedback received.

GOALS Get Started

Navigate to Performance

Under the View menu, select Goals

Edit/Add Goals

1 Click Edit, then Add to create a new goal or Edit to edit an existing goal.

Tip! You can edit Current Performance Goals, Current Development Goals, and even go back to edit Historic (completed) goals.

Tip! Remove a goal by clicking on the right side of the screen.

2 Enter the Goal, Description, Category, Status, and Due Date as applicable.

3 Click .

Archive/Restore Goals

1 Navigate to the Archived Goals tab and select the Archive Goals button.

2 ARCHIVE – Select the checkbox next to the goal(s) you want to archive under Active.

3 RESTORE – Select the checkbox next to the goal(s) you want to restore under Archived.

4 Click , then Done.

Tip! Once a goal is archived, it will show in the Archived Goals tab under Archived Goals.

Tip! If an archived goal is restored, it will be moved back to the Individual Goals tab under Current Performance Goals, Current Development Goals, or Historic Performance and Development Goals depending on the category and status of the goal.

What’s Next?

▪ There is no approval routing for this task.

▪ View task details in your Inbox under Archive.

▪ Once the goal is submitted it will be immediately visible to your manager.

▪ Once the goal is completed it will move to the completed goals area.

Good to Know!

1 Use the Goal Details tab to view a list of all goals. You can even edit goals from this view.

2 Add Activity or comments to a goal by using , once an activity is entered the icon will contain white lines.

1 How do I delete a goal?

Goals can be removed from your employee profile by clicking while editing a goal. After

you remove the goal, click .

2 What is the difference between Performance Goals and Development Goals?

Performance goals are job-oriented. They are measuring your important responsibilities and job duties. Developmental goals are learning-oriented. They speak to the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to either remain current and effective in your current job or the growing and developing in your career.
