Below is the breakdown of 158 Park Model Trailers and Mobile Homes at the FEMA site in Cumberland, Maryland. None of the units have ever been used and except for minor defects noted on the disposition spreadsheet, they are in excellent condition. Park Model Trailers are smaller in size than the Mobile Homes and measure 12ft by 40ft. They have a 3 axle frame and tongue that allows towing behind the appropriate size vehicle. Permits for towing are required and may require escorts. Requirements may vary from state to state. Gross Vehicle Weight is 18,000lbs and has a 2 5/16” ball hitch.
