Recipe: Fenugreek microgreens, fruit & nuts salad Ingredients: Basic salad- Fenugreek microgreens – 10 g Sweet corn – 30 g Chopped tomatoes – 25 g Onion slivers – 15 g Pomegranate – 10 g Roasted and halved walnuts – 3-4 Raisins – 5-6 Seasoning- Ground pepper – 1 tsp Olive oil – 1 tsp Vinegar – 2 tbsp Honey – 1 tsp Salt – to taste Method: 1. Wash the fenugreek microgreens and add to other salad ingredients. 2. Prepare the seasoning by blending olive oil, vinegar, ground pepper, salt and honey. Recipe developed by: Dr. N. Ingredients:

Method:1. Wash the fenugreek microgreens and add to other salad ingredients. 2. Prepare the seasoning by blending olive oil, vinegar, ground pepper, salt and honey. 3. Add the seasoning to the salad and blend gently in a bowl.4. Serve the finished salad topped with few chopped fenugreek microgreens.
