• Nominees must be based in the UK. International organisations can be nominated for the ‘Outstanding International Collaboration’ award but only in conjunction with UK-based public sector organisation(s).

• Entries are for work, cases, initiatives or projects conducted or concluded between 1 July 2017 and 30 November 2018 and have not featured in previous years’ Awards entries.

• Entries and any supporting documentation will only be accepted if all the requested information is provided and submitted using the online process set out on the Enter now page: http://counterfraudawards.com/enter-now/

• Each entry must not exceed a total word count of 3,500 words. This includes the entry form and any supporting documentation.

• Entries for more than one category will be accepted but the same work, case, initiative or project cannot be used for multiple entries. Please use separate entry forms for each nomination.

• Entries can be made directly by nominees or on behalf of nominees.• Those submitting an entry confirm that the details given in the entry are

accurate to the best of their knowledge.• CIPFA, the NCA, Cabinet Office and City of London Police do not accept any

responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

• No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.• Information contained within shortlisted and winning entries may be used at

the Awards ceremony and included in any supporting materials for the Awards, such as in Public Finance magazine and on the Awards website.

• Entries can be withdrawn for any reason by contacting Richard Slifer at: [email protected]

• Entries and supporting documentation will not be returned.• The judges reserve the right to re-categorise an entry if they think an

alternative category would be more suitable.• The Awards are not open to employees of CIPFA, the NCA, Cabinet Office

and City of London Police or any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of the Awards.

• Sponsors are not permitted to enter the category which they are sponsoring.• The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.• You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to agree
