Depression and other common mental health problems could lead to self-harm and eventually suicide if left untreated, so don’t hesitate call the number above and get your mental health checked.

For some people, drugs are a shot-term solu-tion used to get them over an immediate crisis. For other people, drugs are an ongoing long-term treatment that enables them to live with severe and enduring mental health problems. Many people do not want to stay on medica-tion for years, but it can help some people to lead the kind of lives they want to lead, with-out relapses and re-admission to hospital.
