Online registration will be closed on 20th March 2019 at 12.00 AM (Indonesian Time).Delegates wishing to register after those date are welcome to have Onsite Registration.

Onsite RegistrationOnsite registration will be open on 21st - 23rd March 2019 (during the congress) at the congress venue (Sunan Hotel, Surakarta).

CancellationAll cancellations must be made in written form and send by email to secretariat at registration email. Cancellation before 31st December 2018 will receive full refund of the registration fee. There will be no refund for cancellation made after that date. The refund process will take up to 60 days. No replacement will be accepted for all delegates, refund will be made net of bank charges and administration charges.

1. Make sure your internet connection is in a good condition 2. Open te official website www.2ndapmvforum2019.com by using an internet browser (Google chrome or Mozilla Firefox);3. Click the Registration column;4. Click the Online Registration box5. Fill in the registration form until complete;6. After completing fill in the registration form, click the Next box;7. After that make sure your data that you have submit into the registration form is correct, if it’s already correct click the Submit box;8. There will be a notification about the Invoice letter after clicking the submit box, the Invoice letter will be sent with the detail information about: data of participant, number of bank transfer, username and password to the email that participant use for register;9. Username and Password can be used to access for log in into the website for booking a hotel, and upload the oral or poster presentation;10. Payment for the online registration can be made by credit card or bank transfer;11. After finishing the payment, participant should sent the copy bank transfer receipt to [email protected] and there will be a Registration Confirmation Letter (this is to prove that the payment have already received by the congress organizer) that will be sent into the participant email;

Certificate of Attendance

The certificate of attendance will only be available for delegates who attend into the congress or the congress and workshops. The certificate of attendance will be in the form of electronic print and to be distributed on the last day of the congress into the participant email.
