ST3AM represents two meanings: 1. Success Team This represents your Team for Success

2. Steam The Industrial Revolution spread throughout Europe in the late 18th and early 19th centuries initiated by the discovery of steam power and the invention and development of the steam engine. Our Vision is that our success based business model and the way we early adopted the next generation workplace trends allows us to be an active part of this movement towards a new way companies and employees work together in the near future. This will allow us to share our experience with you. ST3AM is using a “3” instead of the “E” in the word STEAM. And why is there a “3” in the name? The “3” in our company name which is also represented in our logo as “3 lines” are based on the Chinese eight trigrams which represent the fundamental principles of reality, seen as a range of eight interrelated concepts. The 3 unbroken lines is the trigram figure CH'IEN which represents some of our core values including creativity and adaptability to combine our knowledge, experience and what we have subsequently learned and to apply this to new challenges.
