Anna King Shahab WriterFreelance writer Anna King Shahab began her working life teaching English
as a second land language – a job that happily taught her much about the
merits of hand pulled noodles, that pho rhymes with "her", the matter of
importance of feijoada, and that kimchi and rice for breakfast beats ricies any
day. Having started her journalistic career on Taste magazine 10 years ago,
she realised that writing about food made her very happy. Anna now
contributes to a number of magazines and newspapers. She is also, slowly,
getting her own website – www.radish.nz – off the ground. Anna has a
balanced approach to food – meaning she is equally happy feeding people
as she is being fed.
