FINDING YOUR FLOW

Day 1—Finding Security

Welcome to our 21-Day Meditation Experience, Finding Your Flow! We are so happy that you are joining us.

Over the next three weeks together, we will learn to connect with the flow of our life force—a powerful current that will guide, transform, and awaken us to our true selves.

The flow of life is composed of various streams of energy . . . our impulses for security, happiness, power, love, creativity, insight, and self-actualization all move together to form our unique life expression. In living this expression, we find our flow—the universal rhythm within that is the infinite source of joy, balance, harmony, and love. We begin our journey by establishing our core sense of security as the stable basis for all the growth to come.

Our centering thought for today is:

My security and peace are within.

Day 1 - Finding SecurityQuestion 1 of 4

What does it mean when all the parts of your life are flowing smoothly? What does that look like? How does it feel? As you write, allow yourself the freedom to explore, knowing there is no wrong answer to this question.

Question 2 of 4What are your intentions for this 21-Day Meditation Experience? What do you want to learn and create in your life during our time together? Be very specific with your intention – it is a powerful way to start any journey. After writing, take a moment to visualize each intention as a seed you are planting today within your heart. The time you spend meditating and journaling each day is the water and sunshine that allows your vision to sprout.

Question 3 of 4

Write down a memory from your past when you felt completely secure, safe, and content. Know and feel that this presence of security is permanent and always available.

Day 2 - Finding Happiness

Welcome to Day 2 of Finding Your Flow.

Today in meditation, we will tap into the source of happiness that lives deep within each of us. In our practice today we invite inner joy and contentment into our daily activity. Together, we will discover that by accessing the source of joy inside, we access a sense of happiness that doesn’t vary with the ups and downs of everyday life.

Today's Quote

“Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.” —Denis Waitley

Day 2 - Finding Happiness

Question 1 of 4

Write about a time when you were happy because you got something you wanted, like a new relationship, a new car, or a great job. Under that, write about another time when you were just as happy even though you didn’t have those things. What was the common feeling in both cases? Write about your state of mind. What was it about you that made you happy in both instances?

Question 2 of 4

3

Page 4: Finding Your Flow

Write down an experience you had this week when you felt happy for no special reason at all. Maybe you were walking home or eating lunch with a friend, and you noticed a quiet elation for simply being alive. This is your unfiltered core happiness shining through. Bring that memory and feeling back into your body with a few deep breaths, feeling it settle in the area of your lower abdomen as a ball of effervescent joy. Write down a description of how this happiness feels inside.

Question 3 of 4Write about one thing in your life right now that you associate with happiness. It could be your grandson’s laughter, your beloved’s brown eyes, or the view of flowers in your garden. Whatever it is, connect that joyful experience with the bliss center in your lower abdomen and write down the full experience.

Day 3

Finding Power

CENTERING THOUGHT

SANSKRIT MANTRA

RamI am strength.

Day 3 - Finding Power

Today in the quietness of meditation, we learn that universal power is always there to support us. As we tap into this infinite energy source we discover our authentic power.

During today’s meditation, our individual flow of energy will be joined by the flow of unlimited power—universal power. This connection can transform our outlook from one of fear and doubt into an easy confidence and strength as we let our life flow with the almighty force of nature.

Today's Quote

“I was always looking outside myself for strength and confidence, but it comes from within. It is there all the time.” —Anna Freud

Day 3 - Finding Power

Question 1 of 4

Who do you look up to as a model of self-confidence? Make a list of people you think of as courageous and strong. It can be someone in your family, a historical figure, or even a character in a book or movie. As you admire these people, you are being pointed to a quality that lives within you as well.

Question 2 of 4

Describe a situation where you needed to do a task and you didn’t know how you would do it, but you rose to the challenge because something inside said, “You can do this.” As you recall that situation, what did that confidence feel like? What or who inspired you to take the courageous step? Did you feel that strength centered anywhere in your body?

Question 3 of 4Write about an area in your life where you are talented – perhaps it is problem-solving at work, and you have acquired an easy confidence. Feel that confidence in your solar plexus and know that when your life is flowing, that confidence will be there, always.

Day 4

Finding Love

CENTERING THOUGHT

My love and compassion are within.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

VamI am love.

Day 4 - Finding Love

We all seek love. As humans, we thrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually when we feel, receive, and share love. For many of us, it is not uncommon to believe that finding love is difficult, out of our control, or that the stars must align in an act of destiny in order for us to have love in our lives.

5

Page 6: Finding Your Flow

Today, we take an empowering step as we explore the idea that the source of all love is already within each of us, in the center of our spiritual heart. When we tap into the flow of love we no longer seek to fill an inner void by seeking love from others. We instead align with the ever-present reservoir of love that lives within. We move from seeking love to living love.

During meditation today you will discover that love is your essential nature. It is more than an emotion—love is who you truly are. When you shift your orientation from receiving love to being love, and giving love—everything changes.

Today's Quote

"Loving yourself…does not mean being self-absorbed, it means welcoming yourself as the most honored guest in your own heart.” —Margo Anand

Day 4 - Finding Love

Question 1 of 4

Remember when you first fell in love and all you wanted to do was be with your beloved? Look back on the purity and openness of your heart at that time and describe that impulse of the heart to escape its isolation and connect with another heart. That complete surrender to the joy of union is the essence of love. That energy of divine union is your essence.

Question 2 of 4Who is your ideal example of a loving person? Write all the reasons why.

Question 3 of 4Who or what in your life inspires your love and devotion? Make a complete list and then be sure to tell them today how much you love them.

Day 5

Finding Expression

CENTERING THOUGHT

My truth and creativity are within.

6

Page 7: Finding Your Flow

SANSKRIT MANTRA

HamI am creativity.

Day 5 - Finding Expression

Today’s meditation focuses on the energy of communication and creative expression. Authentically expressing ourselves is an integral part of a balanced, flowing life because it is how we share our unique gifts, talents, and perspectives with the rest of the world. At times we may feel reluctant to express ourselves openly because we feel vulnerable or exposed, yet when we hold back we limit our potential. Aligned with the flow of expression we learn to access a deep and transformational way of being that goes beyond displaying our personality, style, or wit. We discover a way of being that communicates our essential truth through voice, behavior, and even through our quiet presence.

During meditation, you will connect to the place within where your inner truth resides. As you tap into the energy of expression, you will open and allow your truth and creativity to radiate your unique contribution to life. Today remember that you are a valuable, brilliant diamond, here to shine your light to the world in your own special way.

Today's Quote

"Life is the art of drawing without an eraser."  —John Gardner

Day 5 - Finding Expression

Question 1 of 4

In your journal describe a part of your life where you are creative. It doesn’t have to be art. It could be cooking, problem-solving, or teaching children. Acknowledge that this is an important channel through which divine creativity flows through you for others.

Question 2 of 4

Identify the critical voice in you that says you aren’t good enough or talented enough to be showing your creative works to everyone. Write out the various phrases of judgment and self-criticism. At the end of each of those self-critical phrases respond to that voice, “Too bad, because I am going to shine my light anyway, because no one can be me except me.”

Question 3 of 4

Describe a time when you surprised yourself by a creative insight or a novel approach to an old difficulty. Realize that all new ideas come from the silent depth of your awareness. As you open your consciousness to this field of all possibilities, you tap an infinite reservoir of creativity.

Day 6

Finding Wisdom

CENTERING THOUGHT

My wisdom is within.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

OmI am wisdom.

Day 6 - Finding Wisdom

Our sense of intuition provides us with cues that point us toward our personal fountain of inner wisdom. Today’s meditation will connect us to this way of knowing so that we recognize it as an essential part of our being.

Meditation takes our mind beyond our mental patterns and history of conditioning to a state of purity where we can relate to our inner guidance as directly and innocently as an infant learns speech from its family. As intuition grows, the knowledge of our true self expands, connecting us to the source of wisdom. Seeing the world through the eyes of wisdom allows us to live with fluidity and grace, flowing with the river of life. Aligning with this current, our every thought and action is perfectly harmonized – struggle is released and we are free to embrace every moment as it comes.

Cultivating connection with your inherent intuition leads you to your truth. As you listen and respond to this inner guidance you begin to discover your purpose and path. You only need to open your awareness, listen in the stillness of your being, and take it in.

Today's Quote

"You are a Divine Being and within you dwells the infinite wisdom of the ages.” ―Anthon St. Maarten

Day 6 - Finding Wisdom

Question 1 of 4

Write about a time when you needed guidance on something you didn’t understand and a quiet voice inside said, “This is the way to go.” Describe in detail what that shift of awareness felt like. Take the memory of that feeling of knowingness into the space in your head between your brows. Affirm “I am wisdom” three times.

Question 2 of 4Think of a wise person in your life who helped you find your way. Consider their words as the external voice of your higher self, when it was hard for you to listen and trust your own guidance. Write down their words of wisdom.

Question 3 of 4Practice listening to your inner guidance by writing down a question you have such as, “Is taking this new job offer in my best interest at this time?” Then close your eyes, take 3 deep easy breaths and ask for a quiet mental space to listen beyond your fears and worries. Give yourself a minute or two. If you felt there was a response from your higher self, then write that down. If not, you can repeat the process. The response may not be in words, but simply a quiet impetus to move forward or not. In that stillness you will learn to listen to your unique signals of self-communication.

Day 7 - Finding Consciousness

Congratulations! Today, we complete the first week of our journey together. In these few days, we have connected to the core energies of who we really are. As we align with these natural energy currents we open to a life flowing with peace, joy, and fulfillment. By tapping in, one-by-

one, we have learned how to directly access our natural state of security, happiness, strength, passion, creativity, and wisdom. These qualities are always present—what you are experiencing this week is the power of your authentic self.

Today we explore our true self as light. Light is around us and within us—it is our guide on the path toward self-realization. Light is what triggers us to wake every morning, allowing us to see . . . dissipating the darkness and shadows. As we open to the light within, we connect to the divine light that illuminates our soul, awakening us to our real Self, and the light that connects all things. We find that we are one light connected to all light, universal connection, and consciousness. As this energy is awakened, there is no more searching or striving. Experiencing yourself as infinite consciousness is the state of enlightenment.

Today's Quote

“Once the soul awakens, the search begins and you can never go back.” ―John O'Donohue

Day 7 - Finding Consciousness

Question 1 of 4

Day 8 - Activating Security

Welcome to the second week of our 21-Day Meditation Experience, Finding Your Flow!

In our first week, we experienced ourselves through the seven primary energy centers of consciousness. These centers are also known as chakras. This week, we will clear, open, and activate each of our seven chakras transforming old constrictive patterns into expansive, powerful, and joyful expressions of our true selves.

As we activate the chakras, the energy begins to flow freely in its natural state. The movement is not random or blind—it is intelligent and purposeful. It not only clears away the obsolete habits and conditioning in our lives . . . it also structures new patterns of thought and behavior that reflect our infinite potentiality.

Today, we are activating the chakra of safety and security. As this center awakens you, feel peace and security rooted deep within your being.

Today's Quote

"Security . . . it's simply the recognition that changes will take place and the knowledge that you're willing to deal with whatever happens.” —Harry Browne

Day 8 - Activating Security

Question 1 of 4

Activate the energy power at the base of your spine and feel it root you to the invincible, immovable power of the Earth. See yourself as a mighty oak tree with deep roots in the ground. Let that unshakable energy disperse all fears of insecurity and vulnerability. Describe how your inner strength protects you from outside destabilizing forces.

Question 2 of 4

Feel that vibrant stability give you the strength and adaptability to accommodate any demand, to weather any storm. It’s not enough to be rigid or you will break like glass. It’s not enough to adapt to anything or you will be like a leaf in the wind. Write about a time when you have met a challenge by being rooted yet flexible.

Day 9

Activating Happiness

CENTERING THOUGHT

My life energy is bringing me pleasure.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

Om Rakini NamahaI activate my happiness.

Day 9 - Activating Happiness

In today’s meditation, we open the free-flowing energy of happiness and joy by activating our second chakra. When open, this energy center allows us to recognize that our true desires are cues that lead us to happiness, creativity, a sense of delight, and bliss. Once the second chakra is awakened, we feel a sense of wellbeing and happiness that penetrates and uplifts everything we do.

It is a common belief that if we want to experience more happiness each day, we merely need to increase the number or intensity of pleasurable experiences we have in life. In truth, sustained happiness is something we generate in the silence of our consciousness. Today, we will use stillness to tap into the source of ever-present the authentic happiness within so that it can touch every part of our life and help us flow effortlessly.

Today's Quote

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” —Mahatma Gandhi

Day 9 - Activating Happiness

Question 1 of 4

12

Page 13: Finding Your Flow

Healthy, balanced pleasure nurtures our growth. This flow of desire is our creative impetus, our zest for living. If we deny or suppress our desires, we can become anxious, depressed, emotionally uninvolved, or distant. List ways you might be judging or denying the natural flow of pleasure in your life and why.

Question 2 of 4

Overindulgence in pleasure, whether it be sensory, food, drink, drugs, or adrenaline-inducing behavior, as a means of numbing or masking pain and fear, also leads to imbalance and addiction. Think of something you might overindulge in, such as overeating. List three situations that can trigger you to overeat. Then, list a response to each of these to bring you back to balance.

Question 3 of 4

Connect to the physical sensations of what calm happiness feels like in your body. Compare that to how the body feels when it is anxious, sad, or worried. Write down your responses, noting your breathing patterns, muscle tension, and any visceral sense of contraction or ease.

Day 10 - Activating Power

Our meditation today activates the third chakra, aligning us with the infinite source of true strength and power. Connected to our natural expression of strength—we become power-full, rather than having power-over. The flow of this energy is derived from the infinite power of the cosmos . . . when in balance and used harmoniously, actions and reactions benefit everyone and everything.

During our time together today, we call in the unconquerable power of the oceans and the wind. Within, we find the power of a seed to sprout and a heart to heal. As we connect and

13

Page 14: Finding Your Flow

activate this universal power personally, we experience more confidence, greater self-esteem, and a quiet trust that allows us to meet any demand or situation that life may send our way.

Today's Quote

“All the powers in the universe are already ours.” —Swami Vivekananda

Day 10 - Activating Power

Question 1 of 4

We contain the infinite power and organizing power of the universe within us. By aligning with the force of nature, instead of the force of ego, we can attain our goals without strain, exhaustion and suffering. List three areas you are struggling to change in your life without success. Read each item on your list and then ask nature to organize the solutions.

Question 2 of 4

As you activate the organizing energy of your solar plexus, feel it engaged by the universal power of the cosmos, which governs everything from the birth of a galaxy to the sprouting of a seed. The balance lies between pushing too hard and being too passive. Know that this limitless power and intelligence operating through you is bringing you exactly what you need in knowledge, ability, and experience for your spiritual awakening. Close your eyes and feel this balanced state in your solar plexus. Under each challenge on the list you wrote above, write a plausible solution that nature could organize. For example, if sales in your business are down, you might write that a new large client you talked to will decide to place a big order.

Question 3 of 4

Past experiences of disappointment can lead to limiting beliefs, mental habits, and misguided ideals that block our vision. This can lead us to seek for one thing, when what we actually need and want is already present or coming into being unnoticed. Make a point, that from now on, you will keep your mind open to see the gifts nature is already bringing you. Under your plausible solutions you wrote above, write three possible ways those solutions are manifesting right now that you have been underappreciating. For instance, in the above example, perhaps customers are telling you they really like a certain style of one of your product lines. Using that feedback can help you make future decisions that lead to more sales.

CENTERING THOUGHT

SANSKRIT MANTRA

Day 11 - Activating Love

This week we have been activating the key energies of our chakras—security, happiness, and power. Today, we continue the journey by activating that part of our life energy that is precious, potent, and can be considered the nectar of our human experience—love. With abundant love flowing from the heart, everything in life is sweeter, brighter, and more enjoyable.

Today’s meditation takes us to the source of love as we activate the fourth energy center, our heart chakra. In our time together, we will open the heart center and gently dissolve the blocks to love—so that this powerful energy can flow into every part of our lives.

Love is compassionate and forgiving . . . it unites even while it celebrates differences. You don’t need to look outside yourself to awaken this love.  It is present in your heart chakra, right now and always.

Today's Quote

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself you have built against it.” —Rumi

Day 11 - Activating Love

Question 1 of 4

Gratitude activates the energy of love. As we acknowledge the blessing and love we have received, we return that love with our gratitude. List five blessings in your life you are grateful for.

Question 2 of 4Compassion activates love energy by connecting us to the basic human experience we all share in common. When compassion flows, differences don’t matter much. What matters is our unity - the place where we are one heart. List three individuals you know who have different beliefs and values from you. See them simply as souls seeking love and understanding in life, like yourself.

15

Page 16: Finding Your Flow

Next to their name, write “is seeking love and understanding just like me.” Allow yourself to feel that compassionate connection with each of them.

Question 3 of 4Forgiveness is the transformative power of love. Seeing with the eyes of love and compassion, we finally understand that the offense or hurt we have been holding onto was not hurting our true self, but only our ego self. And the perceived offense was not coming from their true Self either, but also from their hurt ego self. Pick one person you would like to forgive. Try to describe their actions from this soul perspective, as not coming from their real Self, but their hurt self. From this point of view, see if your compassion can grow and encompass them. As you feel love spreading out from your heart center in all directions, feel the cleansing effect of forgiveness to yourself and others for misunderstanding the nature of the hurt feelings.

Day 12

Activating Expression

CENTERING THOUGHT

My life energy expresses its truth.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

Om Shakini NamahaI activate my creativity.

Day 12 - Activating Expression

Self-expression is an integral part of spiritual growth—it’s is an extension of the way we approach life and look at the world. If we experience the world through the filter of anxiety, fear, frustration, and dread, then our expression will also be filtered through those same negative emotions. To create life-affirming expression, we need to observe, acknowledge, and shift these old emotional patterns.

Today during meditation we open the flow of expression and communication by activating the fifth energy center, also known as the throat chakra. During our time together, we will open to our natural state of positive self-expression . . .  by doing so we begin to transform our inner reality. When communication comes from your core self—your pure voice—it is simple, kind, understanding, and appreciative. In this flow of expression, you are able to share your true self with the world in thought, speech, and action.

Question 2 of 4

Write down three unusual or interesting things about you that most of your friends don’t know. Now, consider with whom you are ready to share this list.

Question 3 of 4

Day 13 - Activating Wisdom

Today we explore and align with our wisdom and intuition, as we awaken the

energy of our sixth chakra. It is not uncommon to believe that intuition is an

extraordinary ability, or that wisdom only comes to elders with a keen sense

of insight and experience. We may even consider those who demonstrate

they are in tune with the flow of inner wisdom to be magical or possessing

special healing powers. The truth is, our real Self is wise and intuitive right

now, in this very moment. Knowingness is the nature of pure consciousness.

By activating this innate knowledge and insight, we can use it as a trusted

guide.

Intuition comes alive when we listen deeply. Today in the stillness of

meditation as we quietly listen, we awaken and invite a powerful shift into

our lives. The fog of confusion begins to clear, we can see where we are

going, and discover our true purpose. It is easier to make decisions when we

have comprehensive vision—when we can trust ourselves and the

universe. Our meditation today will align us with this ever-present source,

lighting our path each step of the way.

Today's Quote

“Intuition is a sense of knowing how to act spontaneously without needing to

know why.” ―Sylvia Clare

Day 13 - Activating WisdomQuestion 1 of 4

To follow inner guidance, we must learn to listen to it. Write down a description of how you typically listen for guidance. Is your mind filled with frustration, desperation, and a sense of confusion? Do these feelings make it harder to listen to guidance? We are going to try a different approach. Activate intuitive energy by closing your eyes and bringing an easy attention to the still space between the brows for one minute. You are not waiting for a guiding vision or a voice; you are learning to recognize your mode of

18

Page 19: Finding Your Flow

consciousness in a state of knowingness—simple awareness flowing with cosmic intelligence, not against it.

Question 2 of 4Open your eyes and write down the difference between this state of listening and your usual process of listening for guidance.

Question 3 of 4

Write about a confusing situation or dilemma where you made a decision based on a sense of what you felt was right for you at that time, even though it wasn’t strictly following the rules or the straightforward logical choice. Remember what that knowingness felt like. As you write the details of that feeling, take a deep breath and quietly affirm the experience, asking it to be permanently set into your awareness at the space between your eyebrows.

Day 14 - Activating Consciousness

Congratulations on completing the first two weeks of our 21-Day Meditation Experience! Know that with each moment you spend in stillness you are connecting to your deepest self, opening to your flow, and awakening to a life abundant with beauty, love, and joy.

Today’s meditation is dedicated to aligning with our natural and divine consciousness by activating the energy of the seventh chakra. We learn that enlightenment is not out of reach. By cultivating self-awareness and presence during everyday moments, we experience true wakefulness—we are fully alive in the moment. To experience this awakening, it’s not necessary to radically restructure your life. These moments of presence are available in every breath we take . . . they are there in the gap between every thought we have.

19

Page 20: Finding Your Flow

When we are truly conscious, we may experience moments when our pure self shines through and suddenly life flows smoothly, sweetly, and peacefully. Our complete spiritual awakening consists of these moments aggregating and expanding into periods of time, and then into longer stretches of time, until awareness becomes a continuum of “now” consciousness, 24 hours a day. Today’s lesson on enlightenment shows us that we don’t need to struggle to get there. It is enough to simply be aware and be present. Nature takes care of the details.

Day 15 - Expressing Security

Welcome to our third week in meditation together! Over our remaining days, we will discover how to let our highest self shine forth by allowing the essential energy of all seven chakras to flow abundantly in our lives. As we do, we become powerful agents of change for everyone and everything in our environment.

The mantras this week are carefully chosen to connect you with your inner truth while opening the energy of the corresponding chakra, this supports the movement of these transformative energies from inside to outside. The gift of sharing these conscious energies freely is the reward of making the world a better place.

Each day this week, we will sustain this flow by traveling the chakras for a final time together. Today we start with the first, or root chakra. When our root chakra is open, it not only gives us a feeling of safety, it also generates a sense of security and peace to those around us. As you express the energy of grounded peace you create a ripple that infinitely radiates beyond you.

Today's Quote

“True stability results when presumed order and presumed disorder are balanced.” —Tom Robbins

Day 15 - Expressing Security

Question 1 of 4

Write in your journal about a circumstance where someone looked to you as the calming, sensible voice in a confusing, chaotic situation, even though you weren’t “in charge.” It could have been with your co-workers or family members or a group of strangers. They subconsciously sensed your center of calm and security. This is your gift of balanced strength.

Question 2 of 4Remember the internal state you were in when you experienced balanced strength. Write down your memories and sensations. Realize that this state is accessible to you at all times to settle and calm yourself, regardless of your environment.

Question 3 of 4Write down a situation that generally makes you feel insecure. Now describe yourself in this scenario with that internal state of calm and security you described above. Detail how you are standing, speaking, breathing, and your body language.

Expressing Happiness

CENTERING THOUGHT

I radiate happiness and generosity of spirit.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

Om BhuvahaI express my happiness into the world.

Day 16 - Expressing Happiness

When we tap into the flow of true happiness, we become a beacon for others to do the same. As we practice sustaining our connection to this infinite source of inner joy we access the uplifting support of happiness no matter what may be happening around us. We are now empowered to shift the state we are in by choosing to pause for a moment as we find our way back to the flow of positivity. As we live mindfully responsive to life, choosing to access and express our inner joy, we affect a larger circle of people than we can know.

Today’s meditation is dedicated to taking the flow of happiness you discovered during our time together and expanding it, allowing you to express happiness freely without it ever being diminished. As others are exposed to your happiness, they have the opportunity to open to it, receive it, and effortlessly pass it on. Each moment we have the ability to say yes to happiness. Lead the way and watch the world around you transform!

Expressing Power

CENTERING THOUGHT

I radiate strength and support.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

Om SwahaI express my confidence into the world.

Day 17 - Expressing Power

Today in meditation we channel the inner strength we activated last week, allowing it to powerfully radiate out into the world. We do this by sustaining our connection to universal power sourced through the third chakra. Through this action alone, we step into our personal power and provide a model of grace, power, and support to those around us.

As we have learned over our time together, when we harness our true inner strength, we nourish everything we touch in a balanced way. The expression of our true power becomes the means through which growth and structure unfolds. We become a strong field of organizing power in our environment—like a powerful magnet. Our influence does not stem from an ego need for power or control. Instead, we connect our individual strength with cosmic power and intelligence, thereby becoming a strong conduit. We manifest this way of self-expression naturally, as a conscious participant in nature’s grand orchestration of life. Spiritual power is the flow of universal power focused through us to support and benefit others.

Page 25: Finding Your Flow

Day 18 - Expressing Love

The greatest gift we have to offer the world is our love. We deliver this offering when we make time each day to align with and express the infinite source of love within.

Our meditation today allows the flow of love we have discovered and activated in our heart chakra to radiate out to everyone in the world. Unconditional love may seem beyond our reach, but it is the same compassion we feel when our heart goes out to someone on the evening news who is experiencing misfortune, or when we learn of a difficult challenge that a dear friend or loved one is facing. When that wave of compassion and love comes from the depth of our hearts, it is transformative and healing. Pure love does not care about differences; it only sees what unites us as one humanity.

Today’s meditation will bring us into contact with this source of love and help it expand unconditionally to everyone in the world.

Today's Quote

“The whole idea of compassion is based on a keen awareness of the interdependence of all these living beings.” —Thomas Merton

Day 18 - Expressing Love

Day 19

Expressing You

CENTERING THOUGHT

I radiate my unique expression.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

Om JanahaI express my uniqueness into the world.

Day 19 - Expressing You

The fifth chakra is how we give voice to the uniqueness of our existence. Today in meditation, we sustain the flow of authentic expression that we activated over the last weeks. It is through this current of energy that we are able to receive and celebrate the specialness of our role in the universe with ourselves and others. Why is our self-expression a gift to others? It is a gift in the same way that every voice in a choir is essential to the whole song.

Communicating your life and presence to the world is a gift, but it is also spiritually significant. No one else can be who you are. No one else can fulfill your role in life. Creation requires you to come forward to be and share your true self. When you do, you encourage everyone else to shine forth in their full glory as well.

Today's Quote

“You are so busy being YOU that you have no idea how utterly unprecedented you are.” —John Green

Day 19 - Expressing You

Day 20

Expressing Wisdom

CENTERING THOUGHT

I radiate truth.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

Om TapahaI express my truth into the world.

Day 20 - Expressing Wisdom

In our meditation today, we continue to connect with the energy of the sixth chakra, deepening our alignment with our inner wisdom. As we express our inner wisdom, we expand its flow—transforming ourselves and every life we touch with effortless ease.

To share our wisdom and truth with others, we don’t need a large audience or a scholarly mind. We only need wisdom and truth alive in our consciousness along with a willingness to be of service to others in need. In nourishing a connection to your essential self, your wisdom will naturally flow from you like water flowing down a hill. True wisdom is seeing what needs to be done and then acting on your inner knowing.

The guidance we receive from our sixth chakra contains within it the impetus for action—the action then proceeds toward its fulfillment. Today’s meditation will help us connect to this purposeful and practical energy of knowledge—true living wisdom.
