    5. The back positioned plaiting device will not disorganize the fabrics

    There is plaiting device behind the

    nozzle, which orderly collects the falling

    cloth into the cloth storage component in

    even layers. Furthermore, this device

    has a water diversion action that

    prevents the cloth from turning over and

    becoming disorganized.

    6. Low bath ratio

    A low bath ratio is used to save water, gas, dyestuff and power.

    7. Excellent leveling

    Adequate capacity in each groove to avoid cloth rumple caused by gravity pressing and

    shortening of the cloth circulating time so the cloth circulates evenly. This allows for the dye

    liquor to make full contact with the cloth while achieving excellent leveling because the tension is

    much lower without the disadvantage of fluffing.

    8. Automatic chemical adding and excellent leveling

    Due to the automatic chemical adding system, this machine can automatically mix and instantly

    inject all types of dyestuffs and auxiliary agents as per the demanded ratio while reducing

    dyeing defects caused by manual chemical adding.

    A special overflow washing device can fully wash the fabric, reduce water consumption and

    shorten the wash cycle.

    -UNTWISTING AND SQUEEZING MACHINE

    An efficient and convenient untwisting device has a stable and dependable double-drying roll action

    that gives a soft feel effect to the dried fabric with excellent results of the processing quality. The

    squeezing machine can achieve 70% drying, after the squeezing and drying are complete. This

    machine can also directly perform dry treatment to

    the fabric, continuously process and process at a

    high efficiency.

    . The machinery is equipped with an untwisting

    turntable which is simply operated.

    . Due to the automatic pneumatic blowing, the

    cloth-enlarging ring can fully level the fabric without any creasing.

    . The rollers are made of specialized rubber, enhancing the squeezing and drying processes.

    . This machinery is equipped with an auxiliary stainless steel padding device which adds

    chemicals to assist with the drying effect and fixing of the fabric.

    . The pneumatic pressurized auxiliary padding device allows for adjustable pressure for the even

    adding of drying and fixing chemical agents to the fabric.

    Hydro-extraction and padding are main features of the equipment used to squeeze and untwist dyed

    tubular fabrics. An air blowing device expands the tubular fabric rope form before entering the

    squeezing process.

    - HORIZONTAL DRYER

    The horizontal dryer is suitable for the

    width fabrics. During the drying

    Fabrics treated by this machine have an excellent soft-feel effect with low shrinkage. The hot air

    circulation is blown through a centrifugal fan with high velocity affording the best results regarding

    shrinkage and loosening of fabrics.

    Vents lie crisscross and blow hot air conveying fabrics forward in waves and eliminating tension

    force on the fabric.

    - COMPACTING CALENDER

    - AUTO TRACE SLITTING MACHINE

    In order to resolve disturbances in the flow of the rope of fabric to be formed after washing and rope

    dyeing of the fabrics; and to prevent losses of processing due to possible tilting and the inaccuracy

    of the slitting process, a labor-saving, time-saving, precise and highly efficiency automatic trace

    slitting machine has been developed for the dyeing and finishing processes. The functions of this

    machine include:

    1. Tubular knitting fabrics are traced and slit automatically and accurately and delivered to be folded

    neat and flat.

    2. Before the drying and setting processes, open width fabrics are untwisted and delivered to be

    folded neat and flat after being dyed.

    - HEAT-SETTING STENTER

    The heat-setting stenter uses an A/C frequency

    conversion technology and PLC to realize

    synchronous speeds and achieve precise

    synchronization among all the drive units and online

    detection and monitoring systems of the processing

    unit. These systems enhance the electromechanical

    integration and improve the efficiency level

    considerably, achieving greater benefits for

    processing while satisfying the requirements for

    environmental safety. This machine can be used for both woven and knitted fabrics (70

    400grams/m2) made of polyester, cotton and their blends.
