Welcome to First Grade! First Grade is a very important and challengingyear. Your child will learn how to read, write, and to be responsible andindependent. To get ready, please have your child read aloud every night forat least 20 minutes.

Summer Enrichment:家庭作业1. Make sure your child knows by memory his or her address, phone number,

and birthday by September.2. Record all books read during summer and complete book reports on at

least three of the books you read.3. Practice the math flashcards/basic addition and subtraction facts4. Complete the science and social studies lessons/virtual field trips.5. BINGO Fun - How many BINGO sheets can you complete this summer?
