Direct Selling A dealer is entitled to an outright 25% discont from all the First Vita Plus products and has the liberty to buy and sell products at a profit margin based on his/her discretion. There is no sales quota. This priviledge is exclusively given to a dealer either for their personal use or for their direct selling business.
Sales Commission (SC) Once you become a First Vita Plus dealer, you will now have the priviledge of earning through the sponsoring system. Each time you sponsor a person to become a First Vita Plus dealer, you earn incentive through sales commissions amounting to PhP 500. They will be registered automatically under your sales group.
Enhanced Sales Override Commission (ESOC) A First Vita Plus Dealer will receive a convenience pack of First Vita Plus (10 sachets) or Fruity Pack in 3 variants (banan, mango and pineapple) amounting to PhP 350 depending on his/her choice through enhanced
sales override commission (ESOC). This is when your direct sponsors will also have their own groups under them.

Effective September 1, 2009
1. Any interested person may become a FIRST VITA PLUS MARKETING CORPORATION (FIRST VITA PLUS) Dealer by purchasing a FIRST VITA PLUS Power Pack and duly accomplishing and signing the required Dealer Information Sheet.
2. By signing the Dealer Information Sheet, the Dealer affirms that he/she has read and fully understood the provisions of the FIRST VITA PLUS Rules and Regulations (Rules). The Dealer likewise affirms and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in these Rules, including any and all subsequent changes, amendments and/or additions hereto which may be, from time to time, promulgated and issued by FIRST VITA PLUS, as well as all existing FIRST VITA PLUS internal policies.
3. A FIRST VITA PLUS Dealer is also known as a Business Associate. A Dealer is an independent contractor or entrepreneur obligating him/herself to regularly purchase FIRST VITA PLUS products for his/her own personal use or resale to consumers. The
contractual relationship between FIRST VITA PLUS and its Dealers does not create any employer-employee, principal-agent, master-servant, joint venture, or partnership relationship whatsoever.
4. The Dealer guarantees that all the information contained in his/her Dealer Information Sheet are absolutely true and correct. Any subsequent change or amendment to any of the information in his/her Dealer Information Sheet, to be effective and binding upon FIRST VITA PLUS, shall be in writing and submitted to and duly received by FIRST VITA PLUS.
5. As required by the Sales Commissions Qualifier (SCQ) program, Dealers shall purchase one (1) Health Pack every week. These weekly purchases of Health Packs are automatically converted from the Dealers' weekly Group Sales Override Commissions.
6. All Dealers shall be entitled to appropriate commission for each and every transaction consummated by the dealer/s with the person/s directly referred by them to FIRST VITA PLUS and/or for the subsequent sales that the dealer/s has helped FIRST VITA PLUS enter into. In line with this, FIRST VITA PLUS reserves the right to withhold appropriate taxes from the commissions and other monetary benefits of its Dealers which shall be remitted directly to the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
7. The Dealer may sponsor any dealer candidate and is hereby allowed to submit the applicant's registration forms, bank deposit slips or money order payable towards the purchase of any of the FIRST VITA PLUS' products. However, any check payments should be made payable to FIRST VITA PLUS and directly remitted to FIRST VITA PLUS or any of its authorized cashiers. The Dealer is not authorized by FIRST VITA PLUS to accept cash payments and FIRST VITA PLUS shall not be liable for any monetary loss in the course of remittance of payments. All Dealers shall hold FIRST VITA PLUS absolutely free and harmless from any liability, damage or loss he/she has incurred, or may incur, in the course of remittance of payments.
8. Pursuant to the rules and recommendations of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Dealers shall be classified either as an Active Business Associate (ABA) or an Inactive Business Associate (IBA). Any Dealer who fails to have a Group Sales Override Commission for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as an IBA. All accrued sales commissions, and all commissions that may thereafter be earned, shall be forfeited in favor of FIRST VITA PLUS upon a Dealer's classification into an IBA. Furthermore, the classification as an IBA shall become permanent (PIBA) when a Dealer continuously fails to have a Group Sales Override Commission for the next twelve (12) consecutive months after being classified as an IBA. An IBA may be reclassified into an ABA, and thereafter receive the appropriate commissions, pursuant to the following procedure: to sell a Power Pack to a prospective dealer. However, the Dealer may no longer recover commissions which were accrued while he/she was classified as an IBA.
9. Check commissions issued to Dealers by FIRST VITA PLUS must be claimed and negotiated or cashed within six (6) months from their date of issuance. Failure to do so shall result in the forfeiture, in favor of FIRST VITA PLUS, of the amount indicated in said check, except when the Dealer submits a written advice prior to the lapse of the prescribed 6-month period stating a valid reason why the check commission cannot be claimed and negotiated or cashed within the prescribed period. Likewise, when a check remains unclaimed for a period of one (1) year, any amount due hereunder shall be deemed forfeited in favor of the company.
10. Only FIRST VITA PLUS-approved literature and materials can be distributed to the public. Reproduction of existing FIRST VITA PLUS-approved literature and materials is allowed as long as it is a faithful copy of the original. Before distribution of such copies, a Dealer must secure authentication and approval from FIRST VITA PLUS. Distribution of any literature or material without the required authentication shall entitle FIRST VITA PLUS to confiscate and destroy said material.
11. FIRST VITA PLUS aims for 100% customer satisfaction. Accordingly, any Dealer may return, for replacement, any product purchased from any FIRST VITA PLUS authorized distribution outlet, within the allowable period seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. Product returns shall be made pursuant to the following procedure:
a. Present said product and the original Official Receipt at the Relationship Marketing Department;
b. If reason for return or replacement is acceptable and approved, Dealer will be notified within five (5) working days from date of submission; and
c. Claim replacement product from the Direct Sales Department.
12. Each FIRST VITA PLUS Power Pack is tagged with a Trace Number, making it uniquely and exclusively assigned to a Dealer and his/her individual Dealer Number. No Sponsor and/or Dealer may claim and/or release a Power Pack purchased in behalf of a particular Dealer to another Dealer. Any violation of this provision shall warrant a UNILATERAL TERMINATION of the Dealer's account/s in FIRST VITA PLUS for the following persons involved: (a) the said Dealer involved; (b) the Sponsor of the said dealer; and (c) the claimant of the said Power Pack, provided an Authorization Letter to claim the said Power Pack is absent. All others implicated in a particular case will also be terminated and given due sanction, as necessary, pending an investigation.
13. All existing accounts of Dealers, found to have committed the following acts, shall be unilaterally terminated by FIRST VITA PLUS on any of the following grounds, effective immediately upon receipt of the Notice of Termination:
a. Any Dealer tampering or deliberately altering FIRST VITA PLUS product Trace Numbers. All existing accounts of the following DEALERS, if found to be likewise involved or otherwise participated in the tampering and altering of the FIRST VITA PLUS Power Pack Trace Numbers, shall also be UNILATERALLY TERMINATED: (a) Sponsor of the Dealer who tampered or altered the Trace Number; (b) Group Leader of the Dealer who tampered or altered the Trace Number; and (c) all other Dealers who are likewise involved or otherwise participated in the alteration or tampering.
b. Any Dealer offering for sale or selling, buying, or otherwise patronizing FIRST VITA PLUS products outside of the prescribed Suggested Retail Price (SRP). All existing accounts of the following DEALERS, if found to be likewise involved or otherwise participated in offering for sale or selling, buying, or otherwise patronizing FIRST VITA PLUS products outside of the prescribed SRP, shall also be UNILATERALLY TERMINATED: (a) Sponsor of the Dealer who offered for sale, sold, bought or otherwise patronized FIRST VITA PLUS products outside of the prescribed SRP; (b) Group Leader of the Dealer who offered for sale, sold, bought or otherwise patronized FIRST VITA PLUS products outside of the prescribed SRP; and (c) all other Dealers who are likewise involved or
otherwise participated in the offering for sale, selling, buying, or otherwise patronizing FIRST VITA PLUS products outside of the prescribed SRP.
c. Dealers who register as or become agents, employees/workers, associates or partners of, or otherwise connected in any manner, directly or indirectly, with any multi-level marketing company engaged in a business which is in direct competition with and/or employing the same or similar business plan as FIRST VITA PLUS.
d. Any Dealer making false representations prejudicial to the interest of FIRST VITA PLUS, or is otherwise found committing acts inimical or damaging to the reputation and goodwill of FIRST VITA PLUS.
e. Any Dealer committing fraudulent acts against FIRST VITA PLUS or any of its other Dealers.
f. Any Dealer violating FIRST VITA PLUS' internal operational policies. The termination is without prejudice to FIRST VITA PLUS' right to file the appropriate legal action or pursue any other remedy. Pending the final determination of the guilt or participation of the Dealer charged in the above violations, release of all accrued commissions shall be suspended from the time of issuance of a written notification to the said Dealer of the charges against him/her. The Dealer shall be given three (3) calendar days from receipt of notice to submit a written explanation to refute the charges against him/her. If eventually found guilty, all the accrued commissions of the charged Dealer prior to the termination of all his/her accounts shall be forfeited in favor of FIRST VITA PLUS. Neither shall the charged Dealers be entitled to any refund of his/her payment for FIRST VITA PLUS products. FIRST VITA PLUS has the right to impose a lesser penalty than termination, such as but not limited to: (a) forfeiture of all accrued commissions from receipt of the notice of the charges until final determination is made; or (b) suspension of the Dealer's account/s for a definite period and forfeiture of all accrued commissions from receipt of the notice of the charges until end of the suspension depending on the gravity or extent of his/her participation.
14. FIRST VITA PLUS Dealers shall, at all times, work as a team and cooperate with each other to ensure the maintenance of peace and harmony among themselves. FIRST VITA PLUS reserves the right to impose the appropriate penalty to any Dealer found to have committed this specific act, of having enticed or induced or sponsored another Dealer to transfer from another group to his/her own, such as but not limited to: (a) forfeiture of all accrued commissions from notice of the charges against the Dealer until final determination is made by FIRST VITA PLUS; (b) suspension of the Dealer's account for a definite period and forfeiture of all accrued commissions from notice of the charges until end of the suspension; or (c) termination of any or all of the Dealer's existing accounts.
15. Upon a Dealer's death, all pecuniary benefits accruing during the lifetime of the Dealer shall be released to his/her legal heirs only upon their presentation of the proper identification or proof, as well as the necessary estate settlement documents. Unless a Dealer submits to FIRST VITA PLUS, prior to his/her death, a signed and notarized Deed of Succession stating his/her beneficiaries (immediate family members only) authorized to assume the Dealership and to collect his/her accrued commission in the event of his/her incapacity or death. In the absence of said notarized document,
the death of a Dealer terminates the dealership relationship with FIRST VITA PLUS with respect to all existing accounts of said Dealer. All remaining accounts of said Dealer shall revert to FIRST VITA PLUS immediately upon notice of his/her death.
16. All actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the relationship between a Dealer and FIRST VITA PLUS shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Pasig City, Philippines.

I never thought that kua macky is going to take me in a MLM (Multi Level Marketing)
company, many people said that networking is a scam due to all the issue about pyramiding,
so when the orientation is going to start I told to my self there is nothing to loss if I listen, so I
sat down and see what is networking really is about and what is the potential of this kind of
business, after a while the speaker do his job and start the orientation, after more than 1hr of
listening I’m amaze with their product firstvitaplus, but in the business side the 15k/day,
75k/week and 300k/month nah! at first I didn’t believe, I said to my self (in out side world
you can only earn 10-20k/ month and you expect me to believe in 15k/day waaaaaaaa.
After the orientation kua macky and kua Charles talk to me motivate me everything they said
is true because I experience how hard the life out side, and they present their result in doing
the business, I’m shocked they earning 7-10k/week WOW! is that a true check’s they present
the bank deposit from that moment I said to my self (if they earning 7-10k/week it is possible
to earn that 15k/day, 75k/week and 300k/month wow!).
But I have a BIG problem to join in the business program of first vita plus I have to buy their
product the power pack promo (First Vita Plus Power Pack) it cost 6,999 aw! where will I get
that amount of money I don’t have work, I only have 3000 pesos that time, the money I
earned in my side line, so I still need 3,999 pesos where the world I get that huge amount of
money.
A week ago I go to the church of my girl friend I really don’t go to a church I just drag by my
girlfriend, and when the service start the pastor said if you want something just believe and
ask god for it and the pastor said everyone say (I Believe) that time its hard for me to say it
maybe because I’m a sinful person so I try I said (I believe) but I am the only one who hear
it.
A week after that kua macky called me he is asking me if I still have my 3000 pesos, I said
yes why? he said I have a client, she wants to buy firstvitaplus product for his children and
family worth 4000 pesos she is not interested in the business, with that I can register you and
split the product, only if you want, I said sure I rush in and meet kua macky so I register my
name and get the product worth 8,400 pesos wow! 8,400? the company is generous I only
pay 6,999 and i get 8,400 worth of product, so we split the product and he said that he will
teach me all about the business, tnx to our GOD!
I know God gave this opportunity to me because I don’t have any luck in getting a job. And
now it is in my hand how I will handle this business, from that day I become a fully registered
DEALER of FIRSTVITAPLUS.

Hello! You’re about to gain a clearer understanding
of how
you can earn with First Vita Plus, as much as
P15,000 a day, or P75,000 a week, or P300,000 a month.

The First Vita Plus plan begins with YOU.
Let’s say you successfully invite two people.
For example, Kris and Vi (not their real names).
First Vita Plus Compensation Plan - Two People
You can place up to a maximum of two people
directly under you. But you can invite as
many people as you want.
Since you were the one who invited Kris and Vi,
and since they signed up as First Vita Plus dealers,
you will earn a Direct Commission of P500 for each successful invite.
Direct Commissions and GSOC
You can now choose where to position the people you
invited in your team.
Let’s assume that you place Kris on the left side,
or in Sales Group A, and Vi on the right side, or
Sales Group B.
Since you have a matching pair (Kris and Vi, one on the left
matches one on the right), you will also earn a
Group Sales Override Commission or GSOC of P1,500.
Let’s assume you once again successfully invite other
people. For example, your Kuya and your Tita.
Please note that since you already have two people
right under you (namely Kris and Vi), you will need to place
your Kuya and your Tita in a new slot.
You can place your Kuya and Ate under anyone who's under you.
In this example, since Kris and Vi have not successfully
invited anyone, you can place your Kuya under Kris (if you wish)
and your Tita under Vi (again, if you wish).
Please coordinate first with your downlines, Kris and Vi,
before placing people you directly invited under them,
because Kris and Vi might wish to use the 3-head approach.
(That technique will be explained in another tutorial called the
First Vita Plus: 3-Head Strategy).
Anyway, let’s get back to the discussion…
Did you notice how YOUR efforts are helping your downlines
Kris and Vi? It was you who directly invited your Kuya and
Tita, but based on the chart, your Kuya and Tita and under
Kris and Vi.
That means that if Kris directly invites just one more person,
she will have a pair of people under her. The same thing goes
for Vi. She only has to invite just one more person to have a pair
of people under her.
So, since you directly invited your Kuya and your Tita, you will earn
a Direct Commission of P500 for successfully inviting them. Even if they
are assigned under Kris and Vi, you get the Direct Commission of P500
because it was you who directly invited them.
First Vita Plus Commissions and Gross Sales Override Commissions
Notice also that you once again have a pair: Your Kuya is in Sales Group A
(or the left side), and your Tita is in Group Sales B (or the right side).
Since you have a match, you also earn a Group Sales Override Commission
or GSOC of P1,500.
Now let’s suppose Kris directly invites James to be a First Vita Plus dealer,
while Vi invites Ralph.
People under you earn commissions when they directly sponsor new dealers.
As a result, Kris earns a Direct Commission of P500.
Vi also earns a Direct Commission of P500 because she directly invited Ralph.
Notice that you previously placed your Kuya under Kris, and your
Tita under Vi.
Even if they invited only one person, they can still earn a GSOC because a pair is formed.
Because of the Kuya-and-James pair or match under Kris, Kris will
earn a Group Sales Override Commission or GSOC of P1,500.
And because of the Ralph-and-Tita pair or match under Vi, Vi
will also earn a GSOC of P1,500.
Do you now see how your efforts as the upline of Kris and Vi
are helping them earn a GSOC?
That’s an example of how First Vita Plus dealers help one another.
Please take note that you directly invited Kris and Vi. That makes
them part of your First Level. We’re not talking about positions
in the chart right now.
A First Level refers to the person you directly invited, such as
Kris, Vi, your Kuya, and your Tita. Those four people (in the blue
circles) form part of your first level.
When people in your First Level invite others, such as James and
Ralph, or the ones in the red circle, those people represent your
Second Level.
You earn a Sales Override Commission (product voucher)
In this example, because Kris brought in James, you will earn
a Sales Commission equivalent to a P350 product voucher. You will
also earn a P350 Product Voucher because one of your direct invites,
or direct dealers, specifically Vi, successfully invited Ralph.
In addition, please notice that thanks to the help of your downlines
Kris and Vi, another pair or match has formed under you.
You earned another GSOC
James is part of your Sales Group A (or your left side), while Ralph
is part of your Sales Group B (or your right side).
You therefore earn a GSOC of P1,500 because of the match formed
by James and Ralph.
Did you catch that? You earned P1,500 because of the efforts
of your downlines.
It’s only fair, right? Earlier, you helped your downlines when you
placed your Kuya under Kris, and your Tita under Ate Vi. You helped your
downlines earn their GSOC earlier.
Later on, your downlines helped you earn a GSOC also. That’s proof
that in First Vita Plus, we help one another.
Now what happens if James invites Joshua, and Ralph invites lucky.
You once again earn another GSOC
Do you see another pair or match? Yes, Joshua is in your Sales
Group A (or left side), while Lucky is in your Sales Group B (or
right side). Because of the match, you again earn a GSOC of P1,500
for that pair.
James and Ralph will each earn a direct commission of P500 because
they were the ones who directly invited Joshua and Lucky.
Kris and Vi will each earn a P350 product voucher, because the
dealers they directly invited, specifically James and Ralph,
each invited new dealers.
Now what happens if Lucky directly invites two people, represented
by the yellow circles?

Following the pattern, Lucky will earn a direct commission of P500
for each of his direct invites. In this case, since he invited two
people his total direct commission is P1,000 or P500 times 2.
Lucky will also earn a GSOC of P1,500 because there is a pair or
match under him.
Ralph will earn two product vouchers each worth P350, for a total of
P700 in product vouchers, because his direct dealer, Lucky, directly
invited two new dealers.
Please notice that those two yellow circles are both in your
Sales Group B, or your right side. There is no match on your
left side.
Potential GSOC earnings
In other words, those two new dealers are called “WAITING.”
They are waiting for a match on the other side.
For example, if your Kuya directly invites a new dealer, or if you
directly invite a new dealer and place that new person under your
Kuya, that new person (represented by the circle with blue diagonal
lines) will match with one of the people directly invited by Lucky.
Or if James directly invites a new dealer, that new person will be
considered a match with one of the people Lucky directly invited.
And with each match, you earn a Group Sales Override Commission or
GSOC of P1,500.
Of course, you can go ahead and directly invite new dealers, and then
just place those new dealers under your Kuya, or under James, or even
under Joshua.
Yes, you can help your downlines out.
In the true essence of network marketing or multilevel marketing, however,
it would be wonderful if you can train and motivate your downlines to
become successful when they directly invite, train, and motivate others.
Please note that the maximum matches per day is 10 matches. At
P1,500 per match, that’s a maximum of P15,000 a day, which is
equivalent to P75,000 a week, or P300,000 a month.
