How to Book Our classes are very popular so to avoid any disappointment we would recommend you book in advance to guarantee your space. Booking can be made over the phone by calling the gym directly or by booking in person at the gym reception up to 7 days in advance.

If you are a non-member then please be aware to book you need to pay in advance to confirm your booking.

Cancelling booked classesSince our classes are busy, we want as many customers as possible to attend their favourite classes, so please can youlet us know if you are unable to attend your booked class. Even if it is only 30 minutes before it starts there is a good chance we can still offer this place out to someone else.

Active Forth Aquafit A gentle water-based aerobics class, providing a cardiovascular and toning workout. This class is designed primarily for those on our Active Forth Exercise Referral scheme, but all are welcome! 

Active Forth This circuit style class is primarily designed for Active Forth clients and those who may benefit from lighter exercise.

AquafitA low impact water-based aerobics class, providing a highly effective cardiovascular and toning workout.

AerobikingA spin class involving speed cycling, hill climbs and combinations of high and low resistance. Excellent for increasing stamina and burning calories!

BODYATTACKThe sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

BODYBALANCEThis class incorporates elements of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi which will offer you a workout that builds flexibility and strength. You will finish this class feeling centred and calm.

BODYCOMBATThis fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

BODYPUMPFocusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning in the original barbell workout.

BODYPUMP TECHNIQUE (free session)Come along to gain an understanding on the key principles around this fantastic muscular conditioning workout. Great for people new to the programme or for customers who want to have excellent technique.

Boxercise Circuit based class including the use of boxing bags and focus pads, providing a good balance of cardiovascular and toning exercises for a whole body workout. Bums, Tums & Thighs This is exactly what it sounds like. For a flatter stomach and tighter bum and thighs this is the class for you!

Circuits Circuit training provides an efficient means of improving cardiovascular condition and muscle tone all in one. Stations include skipping, boxing, free weights and core work.

CXWORX Core ClassLooking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? This 30 minute session combines the best of personal training with the energy of a group fitness class.

Fitness BlastA mixture of aerobic and toning workouts, helping to improve cardiovascular and muscle tone.

InsanityA high intensity class that takes your workout to a new high using only your own bodyweight. You will work hard in blocks, with a quick recovery to then enable you to work hard again. This is max interval training as it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout.

KettlerciseIncorporates the use of kettlebell training in a friendly group atmosphere, utilising light weights. It will work every single muscle in your body ensuring you melt away fat, tone up, improve core stability and dramatically improve endurance.

MetafitThe latest way of keeping fit. It is a 30 minute class that lasts 24 hours, tones the muscles, boosts the metabolism, burns the fat.

Low Impact ExerciseThis class is for active seniors, providing a mix of low impact aerobics, toning, stretching and socialising.
