    BAllet BArre: Develop long, lean, sculpted muscles and center strength throughclassical ballet technique at the Barre. Achieve beautiul line and grace with centeroor exercises. Final Barre stretches result in supple spines, open hips, and released legmuscles.

    Body Sculpt expreSS: This class is great or people that want to get in a quick totalbody workout. 30 minutes o strength training using weights, bands, stability balls andbody weight bearing exercises.

    Boot cAmp: Designed to provide an eective workout with an emphasis on strength,power, endurance, and speed. The movements are basic, athletic and repetitive versuschoreographed. The military style makes this class intense but entertaining.

    cArdio BlASt: 60-minutes flled with a variety o aerobic exercises that are sure tokeep your heart rate elevated and torch calories. Incorporating dierent equipment eachclass, sometimes using the step, the BOSU or even the gliders, or a un cardio workout!

    core Strength: Class ocuses on building a powerul, exible core - and leveragingthat core power or enhanced athletic perormance. By strengthening deep core muscles,

    originating movement rom the center, breathing more efciently, and releasing areas ostrain or imbalance, students will become stronger, more balanced, and more eectiveathletes.

    hAthA yogA: The stretching and breathing exercises o this ancient discipline promotestrength, exibility, increased stamina and energy. A.M. Class includes sun salutation.

    integrAl yogA hAthA: This class ocuses on the comprehensive system o personaltransormation- physical, mental, and spiritual. Practicing asana (posture) and pranayama(breath) strengthens and rejuvenates the body as well as calms and centers the mind. Makesteady progress toward experiencing your own inner peace. No competition no judgment.

    nAture hike: Enjoy the beauty o Montauks many miles o nature trails including theWalking Dunes and the Seal Haul-out Trail. Guided hikes include inormation about

    ora and auna and Montauk History.

    oceAn Air BeAch WAlk: An invigorating picturesque workout. Learn to walk aerobically ayour own appropriate level. Light Hand Weights may be used during this class. A great way to beginyour own walking program. Weather Permitting. Complimentary Class.

    pilAteS mAt: Focus is on increasing core strength, exibility, range o motion, and use o thebreath to deepen ones control o the body and awareness o alignment.

    poWer intervAlS: Designed to increase lean muscle mass, shape, and sculpt the upper &lower body. Intervals o resistance training are mixed with cardio segments. Focus is on total body

    conditioning. Hand held weights, the step, body bars and the Bosu balance trainer and gliders makethis a un and exciting class.

    Spin endurAnce: An endurance training session trains the body to be more efcient metabolizing at and to maintain a comortable pace or extended periods. This class will raise hearates into the Endurance Zone 65% to 75% o your maximum heart rate.

    Spin intervAl: Interval training sessions emphasize speed, tempo, timing and rhythm. The goo training in the Interval Zone is to develop the ability to recover quickly ater work eects Interval rangrom 65% o max heart rate up to as high as 92%.
