Global Foam Company has been in business since 1997. Two partners designed and built their first computer-controlled foam cutting machine for cutting patterns on investment castings to

within +/-.005 inches.

We have since diversified and now provide custom precise-cut foam patterns and shapes for several applications: architecture, signs, concrete forms, amusement parks, displays/exhibits, from

wedding columns to concrete bridge detailing.

Global Foam Company produces unfinished items for EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish Systems). The shapes we create can be cut from our library of files, or we can produce from customer

generated ideas. Usable files include 2D and 3D CAD files, dimensioned layouts, photos, hand sketches or renderings, clip

art profiles and letter fonts.

Exceeding customer expectations is our primary goal.
