CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA (IN)

a curry dish of roasted chicken chunks (tikka) served in a rich-tasting red or orange-coloured sauce. The sauce is usually creamy, lightly spiced and contains tomatoes. Chicken tikka masala has been found the most popular dish in British restaurants and it has been called a "a true British national dish."

TANDOORI CHICKEN (IN)

The chicken is marinated in yogurt and seasoned with tandoori masala.

reduced in most Western nations. Cayenne pepper, red chili powder or kashmiri red chilli powder is used to give it a fiery red hue. A higher amount of Turmeric produces an orange colour. It is traditionally cooked at high temperatures in a tandoor (clay oven), but can also be prepared on a traditional barbecue grill.

TIRAMISU (IT) A dessert of cake infused with a liquid such as coffee or

rum, layered with a rich cheese filling, and topped with grated chocolate.
