The For-450 is a compact, economic and versatile drilling rig designed for geotechnical investigation as well as environmental drilling.
Equipped with a 45 HP DEUTZ diesel engine, small size and a wide range of accessories and options, the FOR-450 is the perfect choice for site investigation in areas with difficult access.
The rotary percussion head comes with two hydraulic motors and a hydraulic hammer, allowing you to use all drilling techniques and a wide range of torques and rotation speeds. The lower water swivel is left and right threaded.
The FOR-450 from Fordia can become fully automatic by adding several options such as: rod clamp, injection pump, manipulation winch, hydraulic sliding of the rotation skid, as well as a hydraulic capstan for SPT testing.

A user-friendly general control panel holds the control levers and gauges.
Mounted on a self-propelled rubber track that is 1,200 mm wide, the FOR-450 has four hydraulic stabilization feet and a mast that can be raised by hydraulic jack, allowing an easy and quick set-up for drilling operations.
This product is CE certified and is equipped with all the necessary emergency stops and safeties to protect operators.
