CALL FOR ARTISTS $500 prize money* for each selected artwork representing each Nation [Tweed to Port Macquarie] Artworks to feature in North Coast Primary Health Network’s Reconciliation Action Plan Terms and Conditions Mailed submissions 106-108 Tamar St, Ballina NSW 2478 (to be completed and attached to any artworks being submitted via mail) • Artists must live in the Northern NSW/Mid North Coast NSW region • Artists must have a cultural connection to a local Nation • Artists must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander • Artists must respond to the theme reconciliation and health • All artworks must be received electronically (a photograph of the artwork) or by mail by 5pm Friday 11 January 2019 via www. ncphn.org.au/art-for-reconciliation or 106-108 Tamar St, Ballina NSW 2478 • NCPHN will require the original copy of all successful pieces of artwork for photography and displaying purposes • All Intellectual Property Rights for successful artwork vest in NCPHN upon submission to the NCPHN Reconciliation Action Plan Art Competition. This means NCPHN may display the successful artwork/s as well as reproduce them in the media, online and for NCPHN publications (and/or publications NCPHN is a partner to) and promotions. • NCPHN accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by NCPHN. • The successful artist/s will be acknowledged every time the artwork is displayed or published • The NCPHN Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group will be the judging panel for the competition • Successful artists will be notified by phone and/or email, and will be published on the NCPHN website as well as announced in the media • The below Submission Form must be attached to each artwork www.ncphn.org.au/art-for-reconciliation Open to schools, community groups, local residents...
