ABS Module Removal & Installation Instructions ModuleMaster Support: 208-892-0764 www.modulemaster.com Ford Expedition 1998-1999 The 1989-1999 Expedition uses the Kelsey Hayes 310 (see image, right). It is a large T-shaped module with 4 small connectors. Unfortunately, we are unable to repair this module. 2000-2002 The 2000-2002 Expedition uses the Kelsey Hayes 325/Ford module (bottom, right). This is the only module used by the Expedition that we can repair. Removal Procedure 1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. 2. Disconnect the main electrical connector. 3. Disconnect the small pump motor electrical connector from the back of the ABS module. 4. Remove the 4 screws securing the module to the hydraulic unit. 5. Remove the module. 6. Cover the exposed surface of the hydraulic unit with aluminum foil. Installation Procedure 1. Make sure the mating surface of the hydraulic unit is clean and dry 2. Attach the module to the hydraulic unit using the 4 torx screws. 3. Attach the 2 connectors. 4. Reconnect the negative battery cable. 5. Start the engine and make sure the brake warning lights go out. 2002 Ford Expedition

Ford Expedition

1998-1999

The 1989-1999 Expedition uses the Kelsey Hayes 310 (see image, right). It is a large T-shaped module with 4 small connectors. Unfortunately, we are unable to repair this module.

2000-2002

The 2000-2002 Expedition uses the Kelsey Hayes 325/Ford module (bottom, right). This is the only module used by the Expedition that we can repair.

Removal Procedure1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.2. Disconnect the main electrical connector.3. Disconnect the small pump motor electrical

Ford Expedition

2003-2008The 2003-2008 Expedition uses the Ate/Teves Mark25e. This module has only one connector and is mounted to the hydraulic unit with 3 screws (right). Unfortunately, we are unable to repair this module at this time.
