LASER CUTTING
The metal cutting is performed by the
modern and capable laser machines
(TRUMPF TruLaser 3040) for various metals
and thickness. Besides reliability, the cutting
quality or precision is performed with the
highest quality class upon ISO 9013.
METAL AND PIPE BENDING
With modern bending machines (TRUMPF
TruBend 5230) is possible to shape various
metals and thickness rapid and with the
highest quality – e.g. automotive industry.
WELDING TECHNOLOGY
The welding technology is proven and
certified by acknowledged (welding)
institutes. Company possesses numerous
WPQR as well as certified welders for
various metals (like S355, 1.4301/1.4307,
S690). The welding quality is assured by the
certificate EN ISO 3834-2 for the most
demanding welding tasks. Quality is assured
also by welding equipment (e.g. FRONIUS)
and welding consumables (e.g. Oerlikon).
Welding quality is conducted and proven by
the certified welding personnel
(IWE,IWT,IWI-C) and regularly documented.
PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
Metal construction and mechatronic
products are assembled according the CE
conformity declaration (e.g. EN 1090-1).

ENGINEERING
The customer is supported from business
idea to the end-product production with the
competent and experienced staff - engineers
and technologist. Expert areas are numerous
– e.g. production planning, laser cutting,
welding technology (IWE, IWT), metal and
mechatronic product assembly etc.
REFERENCES
Main customers are from (non)-EU countries
and the various industrial fields - energetics
– e.g. wind energy plants, cranes – e.g.
mobile and off-shore cranes, agriculture –
e.g. transport vehicles as well as various
light-weight steel constructions.

according the international standards for
quality management – e.g. ISO 9001.
