Prep tips for common foods (tomato, onions, peppers, etc) Kitchen tools (how to hold a knife, maintain a cutting board, best gadgets) How to season and spice foods (common herb blends for particular dishes) March 18 th : Supplements- how much should you really be taking and are they really working? May 20 th : Hydration- meeting the needs of the everyday athlete July 15 th : Diet Spotlight: Gluten Free- Learn the in’s and out’s of what this diet is all about and if it’s right for you September 16 th : All about salads- they don’t have to be boring rabbit food! November 18 th : Stress and Weight- how the two work together and what you can do to manage it Classes are held from 5:30-6:30pm in the Conference Rooms.
