because I needed to know when the markets were open and when those times lined up for my free time or if I would have to schedule my breaks and lunches while working a full-time job

This is where many traders do their news research on up coming Forex and Market News Events that occur during the trading week and trading year. We use this website and tool for us

to get a feel for what the news is telling us it will use to gain money during these times. We have a few videos and examples on trading news events.
