Craig Runde, J.D., is a frequent speaker and commentator on workplace conflict issues. His presentations share insights into how individuals can develop skills to cope with conflict. He has co-authored several titles dealing with coping with conflict, such as Building Conflict Competent Teams (2008), Developing Your Conflict Competence (2010), and Becoming a Conflict Competent Leader (2nd ed.).
