CO2 reporting emissions control
TheEUMRVregulationenteredintoforceon1July2015,anditrequiresshipownersandoperatorstoannuallymonitor,reportandverifyCO2emissionsonvoyagesto,fromandbetweenEUportswiththeaimtoquantifyandreduceCO2emissionsfromshipping,includingtimeatsea,timeatberthandonanchorageaswellasduringballastandladenvoyages.
