guide is a Fundraising Agreement. Fill out the top portion of that
and then give us a call at the number below to complete the rest.
Be prepared to answer the following questions:

time from kickoff to delivery of your fundraiser is approxi-
mately 5 weeks)

About Me, Julie DeLap I joined the Scentsy family in August, 2011 after being introduced to
these amazing products by a good friend of mine Jaime. I instantly
fell in love with the products! The creativity of the warmers, the va-
riety of the scents and the innovativeness of the company drew me
in, and I am Scentsy for life!
I live in La Crosse, Wisconsin with my husband Kyle (he works our
Scentsy business with me!) and my daughter Lily (she is our assis-
tant!). By day we take care of children in our in-home daycare, but
by night we introduce many customers
like you to the joy of Scentsy!

FAQ’s Q: When is Payment Due?
A: Payment is due at the time the order is taken. Checks are
made payable to your organization and your organization
will then write a check to Julie DeLap. We also accept Visa,
Mastercard and American Express.
Q: Will we pay Shipping and Handling?
A: S & H is free for all customer orders once the fundraiser total
is over $150.
Q: Can people order online?
A: YES! In fact, some organizations run their fundraiser EN-
TIRELY online! People can order online at http://
lacrossejules.scentsy.us. However, for the participant to re-
ceive credit, the purchaser MUST e-mail me via the contact
me button on the website and provide the name of the par-
ticipant and the order number. (Keep in mind that all online
orders will incur shipping charges and the purchasers resi-
dent tax rate and will ship directly to the purchaser)
Q: I like your fundraiser ideas, but I am not thrilled with the
Scentsy Products. Do you have any other types of fund-
raisers?
A: In fact we do! Ask about our Velata (Chocolate Fondue
Warmers) fundraisers and our Sincerely Scent (Scented
Greeting Cards) Fundraisers. At your request, we can pro-
vide additional information about these great fundraisers as
well! Each has their own unique qualities (Sincerely Scent
Fundraisers require no delivery of product!).
Dollars and Scents Your organization will receive 20% of all the products sold up to
$1999 in sales. When your fundraiser reaches $2000 in sales,
your organization will receive 25% of sales. Shipping is FREE
(unless direct shipped or ordered online) and each order will be
sorted and labeled by each participants name and delivered to
your organization approximately 10-15 business days after the
collection of the orders.

Earning Potential
∫ With $2000 in sales, you will receive an extra 5% in profit
(included above).
∫ BONUS POTENTIAL: For every Scentsy party that is sched-
uled (as a result of your fundraiser), held and achieves $400 in
sales, your organization will receive 10% of those sales. This
is residual (BONUS!) income for your organization.
Note: Your organization may be used to earning 50% profit on
fundraisers. 50% of the little price of candy (that no one wants or
needs to eat) isn’t much. Other companies inflate their prices to
your customer in order to cover the expense of the fund-
raiser...Scentsy DOES NOT. Scentsy products offer real value,
sell easily and are a unique and safe product.

Scentsy warmers come in three different sizes
and 100’s of different designs. They plug into
the wall and use a very low wattage lightbulb
to gently melt Scetntsy’s specially formultated
waxes and release fragrance into the air.

Fundraiser Basics
∫ Our goal in providing a fundraiser opportunity to you is to
make the process as simple for you as possible while provid-
ing a unique, customized for your organization and profitable
fundraiser.
∫ Four Simple Steps
1. Call us and setup your fundraiser. We will ask some basic
questions about the time and place, set goals and establish a
framework of prizes and rewards for the members of your
organization.
2. Hold a Fundraiser Kickoff Event!. On the kickoff day of your
fundraiser we will set up a display of the products and prizes
available, make a presentation to your members about the
fundraiser, and distribute and manage the materials to the
participants. Then we will send them on their way!
3. 7-10 business days after the fundraiser starts we will collect
all of the orders and determine the top sellers and top
groups (classes, etc.).
4. 10-15 business days after that we will drop off and distribute
the orders to your members (they will deliver the orders),
distribute prizes and recognize the top sellers!
∫ Each fundraiser can and will be customized to your organiza-
tion, whether you are a school, a community organization, a
student organization, a band or choir, or anyone who wants
to run a fundraiser. You can raise funds for your organization
in general, for a specific goal, or you can use it for individual
students to earn money to help pay for a group trip. It is to-
tally customizable.
Fundraiser Tips ∫ Set a fundraising goal!
∫ An array of prizes and rewards will help motivate your mem-
bers to sell. We will help you establish those prizes when we
setup your fundraiser!
∫ The members of your organization will be able to sell ONLINE
as well. This is particularly useful for family members and
friends that are out of town. A web link will be provided for
them to send to whomever they choose! Online orders do carry
a small shipping fee since the items ship directly to them.
∫ We will provide marketing materials in the form of Table Tents
and Posters at your request; this will help build excitement
amongst your organization!
∫ We encourage the use of Social Media to publicize the event!
∫ The larger and more exciting your kickoff event, the more suc-
cessful the fundraiser can be!
