VISAS, FLIGHTS, ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFERS FOR

PARTICIPANTS OF THE FUTURE MEDIA FORUM

Dear participants,

This letter contains useful information that will enable you to better plan your stay in Moscow and

ensure that you receive the most favorable impressions of the forum participation.

Visas:

The forums Organizing Committee provides tourist visa support for the participants booking

accommodation through the organizers.

Air tickets and transfer:

Forum participants will book and buy their own return tickets to Moscow.

There are many ways of getting from Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports to Moscow,

including:

1. Taxi the airports official carriers have stands in the arrivals lounge (excluding Terminal in Sheremetyevo). The Organizing Committee warns participants against the use of

unregistered taxis.

2. Aeroexpress:a. Sheremetyevo the train departs every 30 minutes to Belorusskaya Station (7Ploshchad Tverskoi Zastavy, metro station Belorusskaya). The ticket costs 320 rubles.1

Travel time 40 minutes.

b. Domodedovo the train departs every 30 minutes to Paveletsky Station (1APaveletskaya Ploshchad, metro station Paveletskaya). The ticket costs 320 rubles. Travel

time 45 minutes.

3. Bus:a. Sheremetyevo Bus 851 to metro station Rechnoi Vokzal and Bus 817 to metrostation Planernaya depart from all terminals every 20 minutes. The ticket costs 28 rubles.

Travel time 40 to 50 minutes.

b. Domodedovo free express buses to the metro station Domodedovskaya departevery 15 minutes. Travel time 25 to 30 minutes.

Accommodation:

Forum participants will pay for their hotel accommodation.

Shuttle buses will be running regularly to the conference venue from one of the hotels listed below.
