1: Gerome shines the light of his torch into the gloomy labas Erique shimmies down the last few feet of the rope.

1: The brothers turn towards the now active tank.

ERIQUE GASLAMPperhaps it was when your girthdestroyed half the building

2: Gerome pulls his pistol from the holster, Erique removeshis weapon from the holster inside his coat.

GEROME GASLAMPthis place is old, and Im not fat!

ERIQUE GASLAMPshut up and get ready we dont knowwhats in there

3: The tanks quickly drains all the fluid inside it.

GEROME GASLAMPhere it comes!

4: Erique and Gerome stand looking puzzled at the contentsof the tank.

ERIQUE GASLAMPnot entirely unexpected I suppose

5: Inside the tank, crumpled on the bottom is a naked man.He lies there motionless.

6: The man in the tank jumps to life in frightened

exasperation.

1: Erique searches the wall for a release mechanism. The Maninside the tank begins to hammer on the glass. Gerome stands

back slightly shocked

ERIQUE GASLAMPdamn it Gerry help him

GEROME GASLAMPy-yeah, okay hang on

2: Gerome turns and searches the room looking for somethinghe can use to break the glass.

3: Gerome spots what he needs.

4: Gerome steps up to the tank and raises his blunderbussabove his head.

5: Gerome slams the butt of his blunderbuss into the tank,it cracks slightly on impact. Erique hops away from action.

SFX: CL-link!

6: Gerome slams the butt of his blunderbuss into the tankonce more, the cracks run along the face of the glass. Theman inside continues to hammer from the inside.

SFX: crack crunch

PAGE 6:

1: The glass front of the tank explodes and the man comeflying out. Gerome is knocked over by the glass and Eriquetakes cover under the desk.

SFX: CRASSSHHHHH!

GEROME GASLAMPgah!

ERIQUE GASLAMP*umpf*

2: The brothers turn and look at the man half way across theroom curled up on the floor.

GEROME GASLAMPdyou see that?

ERIQUE GASLAMPyeah

GEROME GASLAMPstrong for a little fella

ERIQUE GASLAMPlittle yes but for how long?

3: Erique stands and dusts himself off. Gerome looks up athim quizzically.

4: Gerome jumps to his feet and readies his gun. Erique doesthe same.

5: The man on the floor lifts his head and reaches for thebrothers limply.

MAN

6: The Brothers stare at him ready for action.

ERIQUE GASLAMPsteady now

GEROME GASLAMPI am steady, shut up

7: The man stretches his arm out further towards them.

MANrun...

8: The man collapses to the floor finally losing his battleto stay alive.

PAGE 7:

1: The Brothers lower the weapons, Gerome appears happy withthe result. Behind them on the wall two more lights appearabove the last two working tanks.

GEROME GASLAMPrun? from what? Im sorry but afterall that Id at least expect him tolimp at me or something

2: Gerome places his blunderbuss into the holster on hisback. Erique crouches over the man. The two tanks let out asound to announce their draining will commence as it didbefore.

GEROME GASLAMPIm aware that a man has died butall Im saying is I was expecting alittle action-

SFX: Ping! Ping!

3: Gerome turns and looks at the tanks as the liquid insidethem disappears. Erique looks up from the deceased man athis feet.

lets see what else weve got theshall we?

4: The first tank explodes and out steps a Test subject 1 analmost fully formed wolf man. The creature lets out a roaras it towers over Gerome.

TEST SUBJECT 1RRROOOOOOAAAAAAARRRRRRRR!!!!

PAGE 8:

1: The Test wolf throws a huge arm at Gerome lifting him offof his feet towards the ceiling.

SFX: SMACK!

GEROME GASLAMParghh!

2: Gerome hits the ceiling of the lab and punches a new holein it as he did on the way down.

SFX: KR-UNCHH!

3: The test wolf jumps up after Gerome knocking pieces ofthe ceiling away as it clambers though the gap.

ERIQUE GASLAMPGerry!

4: A piece of the ceiling knocked loose by the test wolffalls and destroys the glass front of the final tank.

5: Erique peers though the newly sprayed dust and dirtsearching for the contents of the tank before him.

6: Erique steps back in horror as the shape in the murk

begins to form.

PAGE 9: INT. MANSION LOBBY. DAY.

1: The test wolf is searching for Gerome, its massive headhung low protected by huge muscular shoulders.

TEST SUBJECT 1

*Sniff sniff*

2: the test wolf peers through an open door into one of theadjoining rooms and sneers.

TEST SUBJECT 1 (contd)

*grrrrrrr*

3: the test wolf steps towards the door continuing itssearch. Its ears cock at a noise from above.

GEROME GASLAMPhey dog breath...

4: Gerome plummets from an ancient chandelier barely holdingon to a rotting ceiling. His fist is tightly packed ready todeliver a crushing blow.

GEROME GASLAMP (contd)didnt nobody teach you anymanners?

5: the test wolf reels from the impact.

TEST SUBJECT 1a-rook!

GEROME GASLAMPha! not so clever now are ya?

6: Gerome lands and glares at his enemy. The wolf, supportedby a wall wipes the blood from its jaw.

1: The test wolf lands on top of Gerome and snaps at hisface.

2: Gerome begins to roll the test wolf over onto his back.

4: Gerome drops another huge blow onto the jaw of thecreature.

6: Gerome is thrown though the air by the massive leg of thebeast.

7: Gerome crashes though the banister of the staircase. Thetest wolf is pulling itself up onto its feet.

8: Gerome looks up from his collapsed, crumpled position onthe staircase and spots the wolf who is in mid flight comingstraight towards him.

1: Gerome rolls to the side clambering up the debrislittered stairs. The wolf slams into the wall. Its headexploding though the paster on the other side.

SFX: Kra-Doom!

2: Gerome begins to back way from the trapped wolf up the

staircase. The wolf is desperately trying to free itselffrom the wall.

GEROME GASLAMPwoah there spot we already agreedno biting yet!

TEST SUBJECT 1Bark! Bark!

3: the wall around the wolfs head begins to crack andcrumble.

4: The wolf breaks free throwing its head back and lettingout a cry. Gerome is further up the stairs now still movingaway.

1: Erique is backing away from test subject 2, another wolf.This one is more disfigured than the others. Almost half waythrough the metamorphosis from human to wolf.

ERIQUE GASLAMPokay then Erique, be brave...

2: The hybrid takes a step closer exposing its disfiguredfangs.

TEST SUBJECT 2Garghhooooooo!

ERIQUE GASLAMPtry harder to be brave!

3: Erique is backed up against one of the work benches now.he is trapped.

4: Erique is taken out of his moment of fear as he tries tounderstand the slurred sounds of the hybrid.

5: The hybrid gnashes its jaws together, saliva splattingacross its chin. Erique enjoys his eureka moment as hedeciphers the broken language.

ERIQUE GASLAMP (contd)eat food! it said eat food. Im

6: The hybrid swings a claw in the direction of Erique whoducks out of the way. Several glass jars and tubes arebroken by the swipe.

ERIQUE GASLAMP (contd)woah! I dont want to be food

TEST SUBJECT 2grahhhh!

7: Erique rolls across the floor out of the way. the hybrid

turns to face him.

ERIQUE GASLAMPyou dont want to eat me, Im toughand chewy and rather bland, notmuch sun ysee. Now Gerry, heslike grass fed steak youd like him

8: Erique reaches for the lamp he dropped earlier. Thehybrid moves closer to its prey.

2: The hybrid stumbles backwards smothered in flame. Eriquestand watching victoriously from across the room.

3: flames fly off of the hybrid as it shakes them like rainfrom its back.

1: The ceiling collapses under the weight of Gerome, thefirst test subject and the old chandelier. The burnt,mutated wolf is caught underneath it as it breaks thoughfrom the upper floor. Erique is still stood in shock waitingto be eaten.

SFX: BOOOM! RUMBLE!

PAGE 15:

1: The pile hits the lab floor and kicks up more dust anddebris. the flames in the room illuminate the smog leavingthe survivors as fuzzy silhouettes.

SFX: fffuum!

2: A shape moves on the pile of chaos. It is Gerome.

3: Gerry falls off of the pile and onto the floor blowingsmoke and dust away as he lands.

6: Erique is beginning to shimmy up the rope he climbed downearlier. Gerome stand over the body of his fallen combatantpointing his blunderbuss at it.

7: the test wolf opens its eyes and looks at Gerome directly

8: As it moves Gerome panics and fires his weapon, pointblank into the creatures chest.

PAGE 16: EXT. MANSION GROUNDS. DAY.

1: Erique and Gerome are running away from the mansion.

ERIQUE GASLAMPwhat the bloody hell was that?

GEROME GASLAMPwhat?

ERIQUE GASLAMPyou shot at something!

GEROME GASLAMPoh that- my gun went off nothingmajor

2: Erique and Gerome reach their small camp where they leftthe horse and carriage.

ERIQUE GASLAMPjust went off my left foot! youwere scared

GEROME GASLAMPI was not!

3: The brothers begin quickly packing their gear awaystuffing it messily into the carriage.

GEROME GASLAMP (contd)Ill have you know that not onlywas I not scared, my heroic braverysaved you and your fat head bigbrother so quieten down and packfaster

4: Erique scrambles into the seat next to Gerome as thecarriage sets of with a crack of the reins. Erique almostslips off with the force of the start.

5: The mansion behind them explodes in a huge fire ball.

SFX: BUH-DOOOOOOOM!!!

PAGE 17:

1: Erique peers over the top of the carriage as it makes itsway down the path from which they entered the night before.

2: Erique quietly stews as he looks back at the burningrubble. Gerome smiles smugly to himself, looking straightahead down the path.

ERIQUE GASLAMPdo not say a word Gerome Gaslamp...not one syllable

GEROME GASLAMPI wasnt--

ERIQUE GASLAMPatt!!

3: Erique sits back down and continues to sulk.

4: Gerome opens a small hatch in the bench that separatesthem.

5: Gerome pulls out a small packet wrapped in a cloth.

GEROME GASLAMPmeat pie?

6: Erique answers without looking at his brother.

ERIQUE GASLAMPyes please... that would be nice

7: Gerome smiles and takes the reins in both hands as Eriquepulls a small case from inside his jacket. The pie is sat onhis lap.

okay then, want some?

8: Gerome makes himself comfortable as he prepares to tellhis story. Erique pulls a small knife from the case he tookout of his jacket. Inside is a collection of eatingutensils.

GEROME GASLAMPoh yes please, now on with thestory. Gerome verses the more orless wolf man- err make it a decentsized portion

PAGE 18: INT. MANSION UPSTAIRS. DAY.

1: Gerome reaches the top of the stairs, the test wolf ishalf way up and gaining.

2: Gerome dives down the hall as the test wolf lunges athim, the wolf slams into the wall with its huge shoulder.

SFX: thud!

3: Gerome runs down the hall with the test wolf in tow.

4: the test wolf knocks Gerome though an open door into asmall study directly above the lobby.

GEROME GASLAMPwuh!

5: Gerome rolls to a stop in the middle of the room. thetest wolf is now mid-flight fangs and teeth aimed at Gerome.

6: Gerome hits the test wolf over the head with a metalstanding lamp sending it crashing to the floor in front ofhim.

7: The test wolf lays dazed on the floor. Gerome standstriumphantly above it. The floor around them begins tocrack.

GEROME GASLAMPHA!

SFX: CREEEAAAAAKKK

INT. MANSION LOBBY. DAY.

8: Gerome is holding onto the metal pole which held thechandelier to the ceiling. beneath him is the dazed testwolf. underneath him is the top of the chandelier. all ofthem falling though the air directly down towards the floor.Gerome looks terrified.

PAGE 19: EXT. COUNTRY LANE. DUSK.

1: Gerome is sat animatedly re-enacting the story of hisfight with the test wolf. Erique is sat captivated.

GEROME GASLAMPThen he tried to wrap his jawsround my throat and that was when Ireally got angry! I grabbed itshead and began slamming it into thefloor. The blows were so hard thefloor began to crumble around usand luckily for you my immense

strength saved your hide

ERIQUE GASLAMPwow...

2: Gerome settles back down and looks a head down the lane.

ERIQUE GASLAMP (contd)that was amazing! and that partwhere it started to punch thoughthe bricks trying to get to you...

GEROME GASLAMPits almost too mad to be true!

ERIQUE GASLAMPyes it is...

3: The pair of them sit in silence looking out over thecountryside before them. London can be seen in the distance.

6: The carriage rounds a corner and begins to disappear in adip in the road.

PAGE 20: INT. GASLAMP OFFICES. LIVING ROOM. DAY.

1: Erique and Gerome sit on the couch, they are both dressedin their nice cloths. Mr Fettley is sitting in a chair byhimself.

the lab to show you but as Imentioned before the fire consumedeverything

MR FETTLEYdo not worry my dear boy gas leaksare a danger to us all I suppose

3: Gerome tries to hid the smirk behind his tea cup. Eriqueglares at him.

GEROME GASLAMPits especially dangerous in those

old houses the smallest thing canset them off

ERIQUE GASLAMPperhaps it had come from the severestructural damage the buildingsustained. It appeared as if anelephant hand wandered though

4: Mr Fettley places his tea cup on the coffee table.

MR FETTLEYthe main thing is that the matter

was resolved, I wont deny that wecould have used parts of the datato help advance medical sciencebut-
