Ø Gastronomic Experience in La Albufera with Boat Trip and showcooking of paella.The Albufera Natural Park is only 10 kilometers away from Valencia. It’s a Mediterraneanecosystem that combines wild dune beaches, with forests, rice fields and a huge lake to ride aboat. It is the largest lake of Spain and one of the most important wetlands of the IberianPeninsula. A place of great ecological interest in which hibernate groups of unique species ofwaterfowl. Our Experience includes a boat ride from the Gola de Puchol to the Nou RacóRestaurant, where our chef will be waiting for us to serve us a welcome aperitif accompaniedby a wine tasting. We will put on the aprons and we will receive the appropriate explanationsto learn the methods of preparing the paella and its ingredients so that each participant canactively contribute to the correct preparation of the paella. Concluded the showcooking wewill go up to the private lounge of Nou Racó to enjoy our exclusive meal, with our Paella as amain course.
