Facilitated the security and transportation of over $1,000,000 of munitions and explosives on 16 tractor truck trailers from the Island of Oahu to the Island of Hawaii for two 1-month training rotations; resulting in zero loss of live rounds, no fatalities, safe transportation of HAZMAT, and Soldier (employee) training objectives being accomplished. Acquired food for 600 personnel on 4 separate occasions for training events from the local food supply warehouse; resulting in the Soldiers being adequately supplied with food for week long training events. Training/Leadership/Coaching Trained 2 co-workers and 8 lower-level Soldiers on ammunition management, transportation, security, and procurement; resulting in a seamless transition of ammunition operations/responsibilities being transferred to a different organization. Coached a total of 32 people across 4 different occupations for different positions ranging from civilian employment as a manager at Papa Johns to military duties as a Fire Support Officer, Fire Direction Officer, and Ammunition Officer. Mentored 10 Soldiers on different physical fitness programs that led to an increase in the efficiency of their individual physical fitness and their group physical fitness programs. Goal-oriented Achieved a 98% out of 100% on an organizational wide inspection for 2 nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team on Ammunition Management; resulting in unit having the highest rating in ammunition management and procurement. Deployed a battalion size element of equipment (160 pieces of rolling stock and 42 shipping containers) to the Island of Hawaii, on January 2015 and October 2015, utilizing both Army vessels and civilian barges; resulting in unit being able to achieve training objectives, complete accountability of equipment, and unit maintaining certification level for deployment readiness. In the top 33% of 737 applicants accepted to Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences when 2,173 applied and I am currently working on achieving my BSN with a current GPA at 3.8 out of 4.0. Supervision/Team Building Supervised and executed a $38,000 contract for porta johns during a 1-month training event on the Island of Hawaii; resulting in adequate maintained sanitary conditions and no major health hazards arising for 550 Soldiers. Managed the serviceability and inspections of 67 shipping containers that were unit property; resulting in containers that were fully repaired and readily available to be turned in for repairs to be conducted at a moments notice. Delegated multiple tasks and responsibilities to employees/Soldiers to aid them in their growth and development into leaders and to increase job proficiency.
