The TXT has proven to be an industry work horse with its classically engineered design.

Quality components including a duc le and cast iron housing, and helical gearing, have

made this an indispensible component to your conveyor system. The Dodge TXT style re-

ducers are used in some of the harshest condi ons possible, but they do eventually wear

out.

Because these reducers are o%en cri cal to your opera on, and up me is crucial to your

business being profitable. Baldwin now stocks remanufactured TXT units that can be

shipped on an exchange program immediately to minimize down me and keep your plants

running.

Customers can exchange their worn out reducer for a replacement that has

been remanufactured to Dodge specifica ons, using genuine Dodge parts.

These units are backed with a one year warranty. When you place an order

there is a core deposit that will be added to the cost of the TXT. The customer

then has 15 days to return the failed units for inspec on. Once it has been

inspected and approved for repair Baldwin will issue a credit for the Core

charge. Normally most all units can be repaired, however there are some cas-

es in which the case is cracked or another major failure causes it to be non

repairable. If the unit is non repairable there will be no credit issued for the

core charge. Baldwin will then have the TXT rebuilt as a future exchange unit.

All remanufactured reducers are completely reviewed by . All the cri cal dimensions and tolerances are checked

using original Dodge drawings, bringing them back to original specifica ons. All worn parts are replaced with only genuine Dodge

parts; no second party or third er parts are used.
