• Born in Westmoreland County, Virginia
1749
• Becomes the official Surveyor for Culpeper County, Virginia
• 17 years old
1754
• George Washington surrendered Fort Necessity in the French and Indian War
1755 - 1758
• George Washington commands Virginia’s frontier troops.
• Later went back home
1759
• Married Mrs. Martha Dandridge Custis
1775
• Elected commander in Chief of the Continental Army.
• Very smart general

• Elected first president of the United States (13 states).

• Washington is re-elected as president.

• George Washington dies at Mount Vernon at the age of 67.

• In 1901 Stalin joined the Russian Democratic Party. Lenin was his role model who he looked up to.

• Lenin sends Stalin to the Bolshevik party.

• Stalin was named commissar of Nationalities in 1917.

• In 1922 Stalin was named secretary of the communist party.

• In 1928 Stalin begins his five year plan to bring Russia to the industrial age.
• He also became dictator of Russia due to Lenin’s death.

• Stalin begins his great purge.• He kills anyone that he thinks might be a
threat.

• Stalin signed the non-agression pact with germany in WWII.
• In 1941 Germany attacked Russia anyway.
