MAIN GOAL

The main goal of the project is to enrich the participants with a highly valuable experience for their future steps in getting a job through different

non-formal methods of learning and interactive workshops, practical real life examples, role plays,

simulations, personal action plan, every day reflections and intercultural learning.

OBJECTIVES

to develop and improve participants key competences and skills

to give them basic competences necessary in searching for a job and getting a job

to improve their communication and presentation skills, how to write a quality CV, how to act on a job interview

to learn about virtual communication tools most common in business/NGO/project management

to see real life examples, through interaction with representatives of companies/handicrafts/factory manager/free artist

to stay in an international environment that contributes to the enhancement of the international dimension of youth activities

PARTICIPANTS

6 participants + 1 team leader from each country

18 – 30 years old

youth leaders 18+

interested in the topic of the project

young people that are not in employment, education or training (NEET)

we will include 2/3 of participants that fit in the category of fewer opportunities – that will be economical difficulties like unemployment, educational difficulties like no opportunities or difficulties in education

and geographical difficulties – coming from underprivileged regions like rural areas

LOCATION AND ACCOMODATION

Samobor is a small town 25 kilometres from Zagreb. It’s known for a number of successful small companies and young entrepreneur initiatives

We will be accomodated in a hostel “Samobor”, located in the historicalcity center: .

TRAVEL COST REIMBURSEMENT

We ask you to keep all your tickets, boarding passes and receipts (originals).

We will only reimburse your travel cost if you participate in the whole project.

Travel costs are reimbursed to account of organization by 2nd December 2015.

PRATICAL INFORMATION

Deadline for application: 22nd September 2015

Arrival: 2nd November by 3 p.m.

Departure: 10th November after breakfast

Bring with you:

passport or other official identification

personal medications (if you need it)

personal things (towels)

invoices and travel tickets

European Health Insurance Card (http://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?catId=559)

currency in Croatia is Croatian kunas – make sure to change yourmoney

HOW TO APPLY?

We ask you to fill in the application form and answer all the questions in it. If you have any physical limitations, disease

and/or use medicine we need to know about, indicate it on the application form.

After we get applications, we will send you back the confirmation letter after which you arrange your travel.

If you are a vegetarian or have special diet, also let us know, indicate on your application form what you cannot or don’t

want to eat and what you can so that we can arrange suitable food.
