You will explore tools and concepts and their application to your management style. We will offer these modules as open seminars or in-house for larger clients. Get Inspired - Egypt 2015It is with great pleasure that I launch today, an exciting training series: Get Inspired –Egypt 2015. The launching of this programme has been my dream for a long time, butthe political changes in Egypt have not only put my own dreams on hold, but alsothose of others. It is now 2015 and I feel that it is time to push the button and getstarted.

It has been my ambition for some time to bring to Egyptian managers not only accessto Global Leadership and Organisational Tools, but to support them with ideas and‘know-how’ about the cultural context of Egypt. I find it enormously stimulating towork in Egypt: the young, up-coming generation of managers, so thirsty to learn,energetic and very ambitious.

Get Inspired-Egypt provides training modules for Egyptian mangers to enable them tokeep up to speed with various methods, tools and techniques, over and above generalmanagement training. We all need to be energised, inspired and share ideas -especially in times of rapid change, unexpected challenges and uncertainty - thatextra stimuli will keep our teams focused, effective and enthusiastic about their work.

We will be offering these 2015 modules as open courses but also to be run in-houseto be part of your corporate, internal leadership development programme. Keep tunedas we already have new ideas for the coming year, 2016, with a further set of topicsand guest trainers.

Viveka AndertonViveka Anderton is a Swedish management consultant,facilitator, trainer and researcher. Before going freelance in2003, she held senior positions in the Telecom and IT sectorfor leading equipment vendors and operators working inEurope, Middle East, Asia and Latin America. She thrives in achallenging international business environment deliveringtailored, complex business transformation programmes,developing leaders, reshaping organisations, building andpromoting a performance driven culture.

Viveka now divides her time between South England andCairo and takes on board short and long-term assignments inmost Middle Eastern countries. She works across industrieswith medium to large multi-nationals in different phases oftheir business life cycle: start up, expansion, transformation,outsourcing as well as mergers & acquisitions.

Viveka’s passion lies in the Middle East and she has extensiveexperience acquired from the whole region, having also livedin the UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Egypt.
