Get Started with your UKnight Interactive Assembly Site

First Steps

There is no cost for an Assembly site on the UKnight Network. Your site auto-populates your membership list with Knights associated with your assembly from any council on the UKnight Network anywhere in the Country. You get an interactive calendar, photo and video galleries, a slide show, unlimited news and announcement section; actually there are not many differences between your Assembly and Council Sites.

Your email center enables you to communicate within your Assembly, and with other Assemblies on the Network. Even 3rd Degree Knights from Councils associated with your Assembly automatically populate your email center; check one or all Council boxes and recruit them. Send a message to all Faithful Navigators and/or Color Corp Commanders from 5 to 25 miles away with one click. And you can create unlimited custom lists of members and non-members alike.


Your Event Calendar allows you to Post Color Corps Events allowing members from across town or even across the country if they are going to be in your area at the time, to sign up and participate.


UKnight makes your Assembly easy to find. Go to www.uknight.org; click Assembly on the top bar; and that will open a search box to locate any Assembly on the UKnight Interactive Network anywhere in the world.

To Activate your Assembly, go to your Council site on the UKnight Network and click Assembly Sites on the left hand side. You must be a member of both the Council and the Assembly you are setting up. This way we can validate your membership with member records downloaded by your Council from Supreme.


At the bottom of your Council’s list of associated Assemblies you will see a button to:



Fill in the three fields and Submit.

Fill out the next form that Pops Up and click to CREATE your site.


The next page has your Assembly and your Log-In Information. Please take a minute to print out the information and add your Assembly to the list of Assemblies on your Council’s “Assembly Sites” page by clicking UPDATE THE ASSEMBLY SITES PAGE AND CLOSE THIS WINDOW.


Now your Assembly shows in your Council Assembly Directory. Click to open your new Assembly site.


That initial UKnight Photo Slide will disappear when you upload the first photo into your slide show. Click COUNCIL SITES to see the other Councils with members in your Assembly.


Be aware, you may discover Councils from clear across the country are in your list. If members of your Assembly move, join another Assembly, but do not update their record with Supreme, they remain a member of your Assembly and his new Council will be in your Directory. Each Member’s Council shows next to their record in your Members list so you can easily identify these members and remind them to update their record at Supreme.


Now click your Admin button and Log-In with the credentials you printed earlier to designate Assembly Officers, post upcoming events in your calendar, post photos in your slideshow and galleries, post your news and announcements, upload your Assembly Newsletter, and more.


Your new Assembly site functions as simply and easily as your Council site. So with very little effort, you will have a great looking and effective Assembly Site to show the world.
