Scintillating dance per-formances and thought-provoking themesmarked Tarang 2012 - the

annual cultural fest of Lady ShriRam College for Women.

The three day fest saw eventssuch as Battle of the Bands,which saw participation by rockbands like Soul’d Out, JokesApart and Incredible MindFunk. Also, there were other funactivities like western singing,dance, pottery, photography anda DJ night. But the highlight ofthe fest was Izraz - achoreography competition thathad the unique theme ofRabindranath Tagore and hisworks.

The fest also featured Nukkad- a street play competition thatsaw students present varioussocial issues theatrically.

The revelry continued at sideevents such as a photographyexhibition and rangoli-making.The gala concluded on a

rocking note with the DJ night,which saw the crowddancing to some popular
