Logging In

Carefully read the instructions on the welcome page.

If this is your first visit, you will need to create an account.

If you already created an account, you should login as a returning user.

If you need assistance with your application, please click on Contact us to send us your inquiry via e-mail. This is not an on-line chat button.

First Time User

• Enter data into all fields to create your account.• The email address you use can be your personal or college e-mail.

Be sure to use the e-mail account you regularly check.

Returning User

• Login with the e-mail address and password you entered to create your account.

If you forgot your password, click on the link under the login box. You then will be prompted to enter your e-mail address. A link to reset your password will be e-mailed to you.

Select Application

• To begin the application process, click on Start Application next to the application that is right for you.

• Only complete ONE application.

• Please note, the system is equipped with a 45 minute time-out. Frequently press “Save and continue” at the bottom of each page to restart the clock and ensure you don’t time-out.

If you need assistance at anytime during the process, click on the Contact Us link to e-mail us your question or issue.

Completing an Application

• Read the instructions on the application.• Begin entering your data.

If a question is mandatory, it will be marked with a red “Answered Required.”

• To navigate from one page to the next, click on the Save and Continue to page x of x button.

• If the application will not be completed in one session, click the Save and Continue to page x of x button before logging out.

Completing an Essay

• We you complete your essays in MS Word or another similar word processor, and then copy them using the "Copy" command in your word processor. Log into your scholarship application, paste your essay, and continue your application.

Completing an Application• Once you complete the last page, click on the Save and continue to

summary button. A final review page will appear.

• Review and, if needed, correct the answers.

If required data is missing, it will be noted in a summary box. Click on the page number to return to the application. The data must be entered before the application can be submitted.

To edit information, click on the link above the page to be updated.

To print an application using your web browser, click on the Printer-friendly version link.

Submitting an Application

• When all data is complete, click on the Submit Application button.

• Once you submit your application, you will not be able to change your answers.

Application Confirmation

• After an application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation message, as well as an e-mail to the e-mail address on your account.

Managing Letters of Reference

• You can monitor the status of your letters of reference throughout the application process.

• To check the status of a letter or to update a reference after submitting your application, login and click on the Manage letters of recommendation link.

Managing Letters of Reference

• If a recommendation is pending, you can send a reminder e-mail using the Send Reminder E-mail button.

• If you want to change a reference or the reference’s contact information, click on the Withdraw button and enter the new data. Click Save and Return to commit the changes.

• Once a reference completes a letter, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note, you will not be able to see the content of the reference letter.
