If there will be dispute in any property, will get 60 days to solve otherwise deposits will be refunded after 60th day. We are also a part of new real estate institute of Queensland. We already completed all the formalities for new act. Know certificate of new Property Occupation Act will be required to sign the contract. The process is not changed.
