travelled to LowerMacleay for the Firstgame of the year andcame away with theirfirst win of the seasonwith a 22-14 win.

12/4/14 - Kendallheld their first homegame for the seasontaking on the lakeCathie Raiders. Thiswas a closelycontested match withKendall just gettingaway with a 27-26 win.

26/4/14 - The boystravelled back up thehighway to take on theSettlers Inn Sharks.

The boys started offslow but gained theremomentum back andwalked away with a 42-24 win.

10/5/14 - The Bluestravelled west toBeechwood to take onthe shamrocks andshowed a strong attackand defensive teamwith the Blues keepingthe Shamrock to nil asthe Blues notched up a56 point win.

17/5/14 - The Blueswere back at hometaking on thenewcomers to thecomp the HarringtonHurricanes and the

boys gave them alesson in try scoringnotching up 16 triesand 10 goalconversions.

24/5/14 - The Bluestravelled to South WestRocks to take on theMarlins and sufferedtheir first loss for theseason in a hard foughtmatch going down 18-12

31/5/14 - The Bluesback at their homegrounds took on theComboyne Tigers andin a closely contendedmatch the Blues came

away with the win 30-22.

21/6/14 - After a few

weeks off for PublicHoliday and Beach v’sBush the Blues wereback in the swing ofthings and hosted theLong Flat Dragonsfinishing off the firstround of the comp witha 28-18 win at home.

Round 228/6/14 - The Blues

were back for the 2ndround taking on LowerMacleay on home turfand they didn’tdisappoint backing upagain with another winagainst the Magpiesfinal score being 36-20.

5/7/14 - In what wascalled as a possiblegrand final preview theBlues travelled to LakeCathie to take on theraider and the crowdwas surely entertainedwith the blues fightingtheir way back aftertrailing the majority ofthe game with JarrodSmith scoring the

19/7/14 - The daythe Blues turned Pink -and got the win backon the Marlins. In asuccessful day on andoff the field for theBlues the boys cameaway with the win withan outstandingindividual performancefrom Daniel Minns anda great team effort inraising $10000 sharedbetween multiplecharities.

26/7/14 - Back athome again and after astorm and torrentialrain scared all thejuniors and crowd awaythe blues again showeda strong defensive linekeeping the shamrocksto nil again with thefinal score 30-0

2/8/14 - The Bluestook their first trip southto take the on theHurricanes for the 2ndtime the Hurricanesand they came awaywith yet another winfinal score 54-10

16/8/14 - The Bluestravelled up themountain to take on thetigers and in wet

conditions the Bluesfailed to capitalise andlost only their secondgame for the seasongoing down 29-18.

23/8/17 - In our finaland must win game ofthe season to clinch theminor premiership theblues didn’t fail toimpress against LongFlat who are extremelydifficult to beat on theirown home turf but theBlues showed thedragons what they aremade of and walkedaway with a 40-24 win.

6/9/14 - The Bluestake on the Marlins inthe Major Semi-Finaland come away withthe win that the boyswanted taking thestraight through to thisyear’s Grand Final.

In what has been astellar year for theBlues it has been aback and forth battlebetween Kendall andComboyne with bothteams walking awaywith a win when theyencountered twiceduring the season.

First time round theblues dominated ontheir own home turfwalking away with awin in front of a largecrowd at the Kendallshowground. And thentraveling up themountain the tigers

turned the tables tookthe win on their ownturf. Now the two teamswill meet on neutral turfthis weekend to seewho will be the 2014Major Premiers.

From the coach Chris HanlonThe boys have been training great over the last

month, working towards the big one. Althoughtaking the minor premiership, the main goal at thebeginning of the season was to win the gf. It isgreat for Kendall as a club and community asshown by supporters that have followed us aroundthis year, which has been awesome. When all issaid and done, there is one more game, and thatis all we are playing for, the most important gameof the year.
