Customizable Dashboard controls Access account and service settings, and perform other administrative tasks by clicking controls on your Dashboard. • You can drag controls around to
rearrange them, putting controls you use most often at the top.
• Find other available controls by clicking More controls—if there’s a control there you use regularly, drag it out to your Dashboard.
• And hide any controls you don’t need by dragging them back to More controls.

The tools you need The right panel of your Dashboard has high-level data about your domain’s usage, tools to help optimize your business, and quick links to common tasks.
Bypass the Dashboard You can switch from Company profile to Domains, by clicking the drop menu on the top left to move between controls. If you need to get back a level, click the arrow that appears when you hover next to the menu.
List your users Click the Dashboard control to see your list of users, along with information about their activity and controls for managing their accounts. Click to: • Add users • Download all users • View organizational units
Customize your Users list Expand the menus next to each column heading to change the information displayed there.
Changes to multiple users You can add multiple users to a group, delete them, or move them to a new org, by checking the boxes next to their names. (To select all users at once, click the checkbox above the list.)
Manage individual users Reset a user’s password, start a chat or email, and perform other basic actions by hovering over their name in the User list and clicking options in the pop-up. Or click a user’s name to open their profile and see more information and settings: • See activity and usage stats. • Open the menu beneath a user's
profile picture to enable or disable their entire account.
• Click sections below the stats to change the user’s profile settings, see their enabled apps, or manage their group memberships.
Edit your orgs Open the menu next to an org (such as Development) to change its place in the hierarchy or add a new sub-organization.
View Google Apps Click the Dashboard control to manage your Google Apps and see a high-level overview of which services are enabled for which orgs. Click to: • Add more business
services • Enable apps by org
Enable apps To turn an app on or off for all users in your domain, check its box and click or . To enable or disable apps for certain organizational units, click the icon and choose an org. You can then manage the org’s apps or choose to have it inherit the settings from its parent org by clicking .

beneath the app’s icon to turn services on or off for the whole company or specific orgs.
• Click sections to customize service settings for the app.
• Click to launch the app in a new browser window.
Get the support you need If the Admin console can’t answer your questions, click the Dashboard control. There are phone numbers to call for Apps and Chrome, along with options for online support, user resources, documentation, and updates on new features.
Additional Reporting If the Admin console can’t give you the reports or answers try the Command Line!
