Over the last 30 years people from all around the British Isles and also many other countries of the world, have visited our Flower Festival. We welcome you this year and hope that you enjoy our displays, which represent the theme of Living Life the Acts Way

With the accompanying !owers and Bible verses we have endeavoured to show how the joy of knowing God can impact our lives and the lives of those around us. No ma"er what your lifestyle is, Jesus is still relevant today, and you can have a personal relationship with Him, resulting in the promise of a glorious and unending future of eternal life with Him.

#ere will be a pause for thought and prayer every hour.

Again this year, we are delighted to be able to o$er free access to view the !ower displays and a"end

all ministry sessions. We very much value the generosity of those making donations towards the work of Festival and donation points will be located

around the site. A list of local accommodation can be found on our website www.gorsleyfestival.org or through the local Tourist Information Centre

I recently read that Dr. Billy Graham was once accused of taking the Church in the UK back %&y years. His reply was: ‘well then I have failed, my aim was to take it back 2000 years’! Our hope this year at Gorsley Festival is to look together through Dr. Luke’s eyes at the book of Acts, as he proceeds to pen the story of how Jesus continues to work in and through the life of the early Christians by the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Luke makes it clear that the ‘Story of Jesus’ doesn’t %nish with Jesus, and God never intended Christianity to become a passive spectator sport. So why not join us in the beautiful Wye Valley as we re-discover the road back to the future – and together get in on ‘action’ through God’s Church today.

Looking forward to seeing you
