The comments received from Mis Nexus Creations in respect of revised building plltlIl of Block Nos 4-A 67 89 with basement and multi-level car parking of IT ITES SEZ of Mis G Jrgaon Infospace Ltd was discussed by UAC The revised building plan recommended by Mis Nexus Creations has also been endorsed by the representative of DTCP Haryana After due deliberations UAC approved tl e revised bllildin ~ plan for total area of 28981 0129 sqmt subject to condition that the developer shall obtain a fresh NOC from Airpolt Authority of India before carrying out the construction above 39 mtrs height

It was brought to the notice of UAC that in the absence of specific provision in SEZ ltct I Rules the

proposal of Mis RBS India Development Centre Pvt Ltd for merger of two SEZ unit having LOA No

STPIISEZUnit03 4561 I dated 16122009 amp LOA No 10135020 I0-SEZ83 95 dated 121120 I 0 was

referred to BoA however BoA in its meeting held on 30032012 has remanded back the prupoS2 1 to UAC

for consideration amp decision

The proposal was accordingly placed before UAC and after due delib~rations U C ckcided to

approve the merger of LOA No STPISEZUnitl0345611 dated 16122009 grant~d to Unit-I with LOA No

1035020 I0-SEZ8395 dated 121120 I 0 granted to Unit-II subject to execution of a revised Bllnd-Cum-L UT

amp further subject to condition that the unit shall not be entitled for income -ax benefits The existing projections of both LOPs be merged and LOA granted to Unit-f1 be stand cancelled for all intent and

purposes
