With reference to the above subject, Powers of authentication / attestationof original documents have been delegated to the Regional Commissioner,Bangalore, Mysore, Belgaum & Gulbarga in respect of documents / certificatesissued in their respective jurisdictional Revenue Regions vide Government OrderNo. HD 374 PMS 2008, dated 15.12.2008. Subsequently, in Government OrderNo. HD 374 PMS 2008, dated 15.12.2008 and 12.08.2009 read with corrigendumdated 22.08.2009, the powers have been delegated to the AdditionalCommissioner (Administration and Development), Additional Commissioner(Land Maintenance Projects & Misc.,) in the office of the aforesaid RegionalCommissioners.

However, in place of Shri P.N.Ravindra, K.A.S, AdditionalCommissioner, (Administration & Development), Belgaum Division, Belgaum, Dr.V.S.Chougula, K.A.S has taken charge as AdditionalCommissioner (Land Maintenance Projects & Misc.,) and (Administration &Development) (I/C) with effect from 22.01.2013. Hence, the specimen signature of thenew incumbent of the said post viz. Dr V.S.Chougula, K.A.S, Additional Commissioner,(Land Maintenance Projects & Misc.,) and (Administration & Development)(I/C) officeof Regional Commissioner, Belgaum Division, Belgaum, is forwarded herewith forinformation and necessary action.
