Graphic Design Services – 10-Year Anniversary Report

Request for Proposal (RFP) USGBC-Missouri Gateway Chapter is a 501c3, non-profit organization in the state of Missouri. We are celebrating our 10-Year Anniversary throughout 2011. As part of this celebration, we are currently soliciting graphic design services for a 10-Year Anniversary Report to be distributed at our monthly program in October. We also envision using the Report as a promotional piece to share our vision and mission with potential sponsors, members and partners. USGBC-Missouri Gateway staff and volunteers have been collecting written and video testimonials, photos, etc. and will provide content for the Report. We are very excited about the fantastic opportunities of this project! We envision the 10-Year Anniversary Report as a 6-10 page paper and electronic document that will: Tell the story of green building and USGBC-Missouri Gateway over the past ten years. Highlight the impact of green building and USGBC-Missouri Gateway over the past ten years. Serve as a “case for support” for future fundraising, member recruitment, media coverage, etc.

USGBC-Missouri Gateway Chapter launched a new website in 2008. In 2010, we merged with another Chapter in Missouri, changed our name and updated our branding materials. Please see new materials in Appendix B, including a 10-Year Anniversary Timeline that we have considered as a potential cover for the 10-Year Anniversary Report. It is also important to maintain our branding materials complementary with the national USGBC. In 2006, USGBC released chapter communication guidelines which we would like to follow (Appendix C). USGBC also provides Trademark Guidelines on their website. All proposals for 10-Year Anniversary Report Graphic Design Services should include the following information: Brief overview of your company, including experience working with similar non-profit clients. Your plan – including timeline - for USGBC-Missouri Gateway Chapter’s 10-Year Anniversary Report.

Please note that we are open to your creative and outside-of-the-box ideas! Samples of similar work (website links are acceptable). Cost of your graphic design services to design USGBC-Missouri Gateway’s 10-Year Anniversary Report.
