TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND IMPORTANT POINTS.

• A group of 47 students will be accompanied by any 2 Faculty members who will be responsible at all times for the students in their group. The Faculty will have to take special care when the students visit the beaches in Goa. Swimming in the Arabian Sea is not permitted. It may be noted that no student is allowed to go wandering during the course of the tour without the prior permission of the accompanying teacher. NO STUDENT IS PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE RESORT / HOTEL PREMISES AFTER 22:00 Hrs. Students have to carry their School / College Identity Cards at all time.

• Faculty Members who will be accompanying the group will be on complimentary basis. Any Faculty member or an outsider who wishes to join the group will have to pay the full package cost. If a faculty member has more then one child and if she wishes that her children accompany her on this tour, then in this case one child under the age of 5 will be considered as complimentary but the other child will be given a 10% discount of the package cost. If the children are over the age of 08 then they each will have to pay 75% of the package cost. Students should avoid carrying any valuables such as Gold Jewellery, electronic gadgets, expensive cameras, mobile, disc cams etc. the luggage should be lockable as he/ she will be responsible for his or her belongings throughout the tour. The tour organizer will not be held responsible for any kind of mishap, which may occur inadvertently.

•If there is any kind of damage caused to the property within the Resort/Hotel, the entire group will have to pay for the damages no matter whosoever maybe at fault. Each group of will be headed by any one student who will be responsible to see that no such incident occurs.There could be a change in train fixtures and schedule concerned, you are requested to bear with us if there is any change. Once all Reservations have been confirmed and if the School / College or a student concerned cancels the / their trip, there will be no refund.

•Transportation – By 3x2 *NPS Non AC Coach and 2nd 3 Tier Non AC sleeper where required. (NPS – Non-pushback seats).

•Faculty members accompanying the group have to help the Tour Organizer to maintain discipline at all times as and when required. NO MISBEHAVIOUR BY STUDENTS WILL BE TOLERATED OR EXCUSED.

•An undertaking on stamp paper will be taken form the School / College authorities for all adventure sports. The tour organizer will not be held responsible for any kind of mishaps, which may occur inadvertently..

• Due to the past experiences and lay excuses we have had to deal and put up with on return back from the trip we are forced to exercise the “NO CREDIT” policy. All payments in full must be made before the departure of the trip in advance. This procedure must be followed very strictly as advance payments have to be made for Travel, Resort / Hotel bookings and full and final payments cleared when checking out. We aim at maintaining our good payment records. Mode of Payment:•Once the designated place of visit has been finalized then, within the next TEN working days, prior to the days mentioned below before the departure of the trip 75% of the total payment must be collected and handed over in CHEQUE in the name of Mr. BASIL ANTUNIS. At the time of advance payment please provide us with the list of students availing the trip with the accompanying Faculty members details. Students Name with gender and their date of birth (as mentioned on their School / College ID Cards). For all Packages 75% Advance payment must be executed 120 days before the date of departure of the Trip. The balance 25% will be accepted in cash only 10 days prior to the departure of the trip. PACKAGE COST DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: - • Portage, Phone Calls, Snacks, Soft Drinks, Mineral Water, Extra Entertainment Cost, Laundry and any major medical treatment.
