and Buddhist)

• Flag of Nepal

• The colour of flag is red and it’s border is blue.

• In Nepal’s flag we can see sun and moon in white colour.

Nepal is a small country between India and China

Geographically 3 regions of Nepal

• Himalayan region

• Hilly region

• Terai region

Himalayan region• It is such a place where

we can enjoy the huge and cold mountains and get the knowledge of lifestyles of the people.

• Himalayan region is full of snow land and snow peaks. Mostly foreigners enjoy their life by climbing mountains like Mount Everest, Lantang, Ganesh Himal.

Hilly region• Hilly region is one

of the pleasant places of Nepal.

• We can watch many different green hills in this region.

Terai region• Terai region gives us

hot seasonal welcome and the people’s different lifestyles and it’s fertile and alluvial soil.

• In Terai region Janaki temple is famous in eastern Terai and Lumbini is famous in western Terai.

Buddha’s birth place

• Nepal is a country where Lord Buddha was born.

People enjoy very much in Nepal because of it’s aquatic beauty.

We found many types of birds in Nepal

Festivals of NepalDasain and Tihar• In Dashain people

sacrifice the animals like buffalo, goat, hen, etc.

• In this festival we worship Lord Durga.
