DAY 1 – Depart the USADepart the USA on your overnight flight to Athens, Greece, a city witha history that dates back almost four millennia.

DAY 2 – Athens, GreeceUpon arrival, you’ll be met by a Mayflower Cruises & Tours represen-tative and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is freefor you to begin exploring this capital city. Your Tour Manager will beavailable to offer suggestions and assist with your sightseeing plans.This evening enjoy a welcome dinner at the hotel. Meal: D

DAY 3 – City Tour of AthensIt’s no doubt that one of the highlights of Athens is the Parthenon,standing tall on its perch atop the Acropolis overlooking the city. Dur-ing this morning’s city tour, enjoy a guided visit of this ancient UN-ESCO World Heritage Site, dedicated to the goddess Athena. A visit tothe Acropolis Museum housing art, sculpture and historical pieces dat-ing from the Mycenaean period, is also included. See a variety of itemsfrom classical sculptures and marble slabs with relief representationsfrom Greek mythology to artifacts from everyday life in Athens, all ex-cavated from the nearby slopes of the Acropolis. During thepanoramic portion of the tour, see the historic ruins of the Temple ofZeus and Hadrian’s Gate. While passing Constitution (Syntagma)Square, see the Parliament Building and Tomb of the Unknown Sol-dier, guarded by Evzones - soldiers in traditional Foustanella attire.From mythology and history to spectacular views, you will beawestruck at the amazing sites of Athens. DAY 4 – Ferry to MykonosToday is the beginning of your island-hopping adventure. DepartingAthens by coach, transfer to the port of Piraeus for embarkation of thehigh-speed ferry and enjoy the ride traversing the Aegean Sea, en routeto the island of Mykonos. Often called the “Jewel of the Aegean,” it isthe most popular of the Greek Islands with its well-preserved wind-mills, red-roofed churches and whitewashed buildings. Upon arrival, acity tour will show you the highlights of the island including some ofits popular beaches, the traditional village of Ano Mera and the typicalvillage square surrounded by small Greek tavernas. During the walk-ing portion, your local guide will take you through the meandering al-leyways and narrow streets of the town, passing through the historiccenter and seeing the windmills, Little Venice, Paraportiani Churchand Kastro area. After checking into the hotel, the remainder of theday is at leisure until the included dinner at a local restaurant thisevening. Meals: B, D

DAY 5 – MykonosThe full day is at leisure to relax and absorb the local feel of the island.Browse in the boutiques, visit the beach or simply enjoy people-watch-ing and meeting the locals at a sidewalk café. Meal: B

DAY 6 – Mykonos to SantoriniDeparting the hotel by coach, return to the port where the high-speedferry to Santorini awaits. Known as the “Black Pearl of the Aegean”,Santorini is the most breathtaking of all the Greek Islands. History andnature combine to make this one of the most unforgettable places inthe world. Begin discovering this paradise upon arrival during a tour

of the island and its villages, including the most famous village, Oia. Aquiet lifestyle, whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches, windinglanes filled with boutiques and shops, tavernas, open air cafés andbeautiful sunsets make this village postcard-perfect! Dinner is in-cluded at a local restaurant this evening. Meals: B, D

DAY 7 – SantoriniThe day is free of planned activities for your personal enjoyment of theisland and immersion into the local lifestyle. Sample traditional cui-sine at a taverna, visit a museum, the beach or the Santorini BrewingCompany. Your Tour Manager will be available to assist you with mak-ing sightseeing or dining plans while on the island. Meal: B

DAY 8 – Santorini to AthensYour island-hopping adventure comes to an end with a late morningtransfer to the port for the return trip to Athens via high-speed ferry.Enjoy a farewell dinner this evening with your traveling companionsas you recount your adventures from the week. Meals: B, D

DAY 9 – Athens / USAThis morning, transfer to the Athens airport for your flight home.Having explored the ancient ruins of Athens and visited the beautifulGreek Islands, your holiday will come to an end but your memorieswill last a lifetime. Meal: B

If you must leave the tour early due to personal illness, illness or death of a memberof your immediate family, TPP guarantees full refund for any unused services after the departure of thetour. Other benefits include medical expenses for illness and injury, emergency transportation, 24 hourhot line, and lost or stolen baggage assistance. Return air transportation is included ONLY if your airtickets were provided by Mayflower Cruises & Tours. If you purchase the optional Travelers ProtectionPlan (TPP), you will be refunded all payments, including deposit amount, less the TPP premium amount.

If you don’t have a passport, call our office andwe’ll tell you how to apply for one. Some countries require visas for entry by U.S. citizens. We willsend visa applications and instructions if a visa is required for your tour. Holders of non-U.S. passportsshould contact their nearest consulate and inquire about the necessary passport or visa documen-

tation required for entry into the countries visited. NOTE: Due to airline security measures, your passport namemust match your airline ticket name and your tour reservation name or you may be denied aircraft boarding.
