GroundTruth Model: expand the conversation!

We support a culture where digital storytelling, geographic information, and open data lead to greater influence and representation for marginalised communities.

What we do:• Train in creative use of new technologies for data collection and storytelling [mapping, video, mobile, web]

• Engage with specific geographic communities in-depth

• Support open, accessible information for action

• Make connections between community-owned and shared information and larger institutions

• Help people to bridge the digital divide

• Geo-located citizen reporting: articles, photos, videos and SMS

• Aims to fill current information gaps in terms of emergency and accurate information
